Accidentally bought Revolut voucher instead of virtual prepaid card. Code viewed but NOT redeemed — completely unusable in Iran (sanctions block Revolut). Explained error + financial hardship (20 days salary, war situation) to support. Asked for refund/exchange/credit — ignored or denied. Strict policy on unsealed codes unfair for real mistakes. Disappointed, avoid if in restricted countries. 💔
Update: Chose wrong Revolut Rewarble voucher under “Payment Card” category (thought it was standard virtual prepaid). Code unsealed but unredeemed and useless in Iran (sanctions block Revolut).
Contacted support multiple times about error, financial difficulty, asked for exception/refund/credit. Response: “your mistake,” no help.
Categories misleading — Rewarble items mixed in Payment Cards. Policy strict on unsealed codes, no exceptions for unusable regions. Delivery ok, but poor support for disputes. Be cautious.

Their response to my previous review was a FAKE attempt to look professional. I have sent 5+ emails and they just say "investigating" and then go silent. I have already reported their merchant account to Gate Pay for fraud. They take your money and give NOTHING. STAY AWAY!

My partner already left a comment regarding this but I'm going to add some details to it. In June 2025, I purchased Amazon gift cards through TokenStore and paid using Binance. The transaction went through normally, the gift cards were delivered, and they appeared valid. I redeemed them on Amazon the same day and placed an order without any issues.
Shortly afterward, Amazon canceled my order and removed the entire gift card balance from my account, stating there was a violation related to their gift card terms. In simple terms, the money I paid for was suddenly gone.
What has been most frustrating is what happened next. I contacted Amazon multiple times, and after reviewing the case, they made it clear that the problem was not my Amazon account, not my location, and not any misuse on my part. According to them, the issue was related to the origin of the gift cards themselves. Amazon even explained that the only way to resolve the issue would be for the seller, in this case TokenStore, to cooperate by providing proof of purchase, account details, or transaction information confirming the legitimacy of the gift cards.
Unfortunately, TokenStore refused to help. After multiple attempts to contact them, they replied only once, claiming it was an “account issue,” and then stopped providing any meaningful assistance. Despite Amazon clearly stating that my account was not the problem, TokenStore continued to deny support and offered no solution, refund, or cooperation to resolve the case.
As a customer, I paid in good faith and ended up losing my money through no fault of my own. The most disappointing part is not just the financial loss, but the feeling of being left alone between companies, with the seller unwilling to take responsibility or even help clarify the situation.
I am posting this review to warn others to be cautious and to encourage TokenStore to properly support customers when problems arise with the products they sell. I am still willing to resolve this situation if TokenStore chooses to cooperate and offer a fair solution, but I can see from other comments that they just pretend to do so, because nobody has changed their 1-star rating. I'm even starting to believe that those 5-star ratings are fake.
I'm leaving another comment on this because my partner has been sending emails nonstop to get our money back, but as you can see, nothing has been resolved.
Anyway, don't trust this site, they will just take your money and take NO responsibility for it.

So, I'm going to break it down into parts:
1.- "You yourself said you redeemed the code, but then Amazon deleted the money..."
Amazon only "deleted the money" because the gift cards you provided had no funds or were not able to confirm the origin of it.
2.- "...Could you please consider what this has to do with us?..."
It has to do everything with you because you provided faulty gift cards.
3.- "...We tried everything to help you, but blaming us isn't fair..."
No, you actually stop responding when faced with facts. Losing $700 isn't fair either, but I have proof that you caused me to lose that much. You never tried to help, only to excuse yourself and avoid responsibilities.
4.- "...We believe we don't deserve this rating..." When you AT LEAST TRY to help me to get my money back, you will get more than 1-star from me.
5.- "...Please contact Amazon and improve your rating because you used the code and received the money."
I have already contacted Amazon several times, and they stand their ground that I have to show proof that you should already know how to collect, since I sent you a detailed PDF provided by them over this. And no, I received a fake balance. If I had my money, we would not be in this situation.
(I wish I could upload screenshots and emails so you can see proof of everything I'm exposing)
I'm still open to getting my money back, but that only depends on your cooperation.

I got scammed in June 2025 by buying Amazon Gift Cards, and I've been trying to reach out to get my money back since then. When they respond, IF they respond, they would only give vague excuses that can be proven faulty, but once I put all the proof on the table, they just stop responding. There's also only one way to reach out, which is really suspicious since they can just stop responding to emails, as they've done with me, and there's not much I can do. I would give 0 stars if able.
UPDATE FEB/3/2026: After a whole week, TokenStore responded this:
"You yourself said you redeemed the code, but then Amazon deleted the money. Could you please consider what this has to do with us? We tried everything to help you, but blaming us isn't fair. We believe we don't deserve this rating. Please contact Amazon and improve your rating because you used the code and received the money."
Amazon "deleted" the money (whatever that means) because they were not able to confirm the origin of the gift cards you provided. I sent you a complete PDF file Amazon provided (because they do respond to customers) so you can confirm the funds and I would get my balance back, but again, you never responded. The fact that you're only responding because I left a negative comment is a huge red flag since I've been trying to solve this issue for more than 6 months now.

I’m writing this as my final review to document my full experience with TokenStore, after more than a month of trying to resolve this privately.
I purchased 4 Binance codes from TokenStore using different email addresses. All payments were successfully completed via KuCoin Pay.
This is what actually happened:
• 3 codes were already USED when I tried to redeem them
• 1 order was never delivered at all and only showed an error
This was the issue from day one.
I contacted TokenStore multiple times via email and provided full details, screenshots, order IDs, and proof of payment. For weeks, there was no proper resolution.
When the company finally responded, they resent the same used codes again, which obviously does not solve the problem.
I also contacted KuCoin, the payment provider. KuCoin confirmed in writing that the issue is on the merchant side (TokenStore) and that the orders were not blocked by KuCoin.
Instead of resolving the issue professionally, TokenStore:
• Avoided addressing why used codes were delivered
• Avoided explaining why one paid order was never delivered
• Attempted to pressure me into changing my Trustpilot review
• Sent an unprofessional message telling me to “leave them alone”
Due to this behavior, I escalated the matter to Trustpilot.
After review, Trustpilot removed TokenStore’s reply for violating platform guidelines, and my review was restored. This is an important detail for transparency.
To be clear:
I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I only asked for valid codes or a refund for orders that were paid but not properly delivered.
This review is not written out of anger. It’s written so other customers can see exactly how issues are handled when something goes wrong.
I am still open to a proper and professional resolution, but this experience has shown a complete lack of accountability.

I had a very bad experience with TokenStore during a KuCoin Pay campaign.
I fully paid for multiple orders and received invalid / deactivated digital codes. After payment, TokenStore claimed I violated campaign rules and applied new restrictions retroactively (one account / one device), which were not clearly stated in the original terms.
Even worse, I was asked to return the discount amount in order to activate products that were already paid for. This is not acceptable or standard practice.
I contacted KuCoin Support, provided all KPT order IDs and evidence. Payments were confirmed as completed, yet TokenStore refused to resolve the issue.
Support responses have been slow, mostly automated, and my tickets were repeatedly delayed or closed without a solution.
Unclear rules, invalid products, and extremely poor customer support.
Proceed with caution.
