Tomandsons Appliance Installers Reviews

Two engineers out this morning to hook up my new fridge freezer. Excellent job by the guys and very friendly at the same time.

The lads were very helpful from start to finish, advising me of when they were arriving. They fitted my fridge freezer, not leaving a mess and explaining what they were doing and recommendations for the use of the fridge freezer

Craig & his colleague installed our new washing machine and tumble dryer today and we couldn't be more pleased with the service. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to carefully assess the space, remove our old appliances, and ensured both appliances were set up to operate optimally.

The installation process was smooth, and they made sure everything was securely connected and tested before leaving.

What stood out the most was their attention to detail. They ensured that all connections were neatly done, and they took extra care not to damage any surrounding areas. Craig & co were friendly, courteous, and left the space spotless after completing the installation.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professional washing machine and tumble dryer installation. They made what could have been a stressful task completely hassle-free.

Professional, experienced Installers. Job done efficiently & in good time.
Respected my property & care taken.
Pleasant & amicable.

The team were pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. They did an excellent job installing our new washer dryer. I was very pleased and would highly recommend them.

Came to install a fridge freezer, very impressive getting up the stairs by himself. Fitted swiftly and professionally with a great sense of humour. Highly recommended

Excellent installation. The team took their time and explained everything to me to make sure I had a clear understanding of the process.
Would recommend 100%

Craig and his Son, Tom from TomandSons Appliance Installers were absolutely brilliant when they came to install our Neff Double oven and dishwasher, they were absolute perfectionists and actually fitted the cupboard door next to the dishwasher so it was the same! They were courteous and had great Customer Service. They are here today fitting our Neff gas 5 burner Hob. We would 100% recommend them, you'd be daft to choose anyone else! They are reliable and personable, easy to chat with as well. We are extremely happy with their Service both today and on the 7th of November when we had our double oven & dishwasher fitted.

Very pleased with the fitting of our new Range Cooker and extractor chimney hood. Polite and pleasant guys providing a thorough job, dealt professionally with all safety aspects and a couple of hurdles along the way. Hassle free and tidy taking old appliances and packaging away with them. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Arrived on time to fit an integrated double oven. Professional job done with no fuss, checked everything was safe before and after, left the house clean and tidy. Great service would highly recommend.

Excellent service, very helpful and good knowledge

We had Craig and Tom come to our property today as part of a purchase and fitting package relating to our new Bosch series 6 integrated dishwasher. Our kitchen is not what you would call, “standard”, as such, to fit the integrated appliance required quite a bit of “fettling”, taking them longer than perhaps they would have planned. They completed the work to a very high standard, overcoming unforeseen issues as they went. I don’t think many tradesmen would have gone to the lengths they did to make sure that everything fitted properly, looked good and that we were totally happy with it.
Suffice to say, we have other appliances due to be fitted, and we will be asking them to do the work for us. Thanks Craig & Tom!

Fitted our integrated fridge/freezer today, rang us up in advance to give us a EAT and removed old appliance and packaging when finished. We will be using this company again soon too fit new dishwasher.

Brilliant company to deliver - install - remove old product and all packaging.
Have dealt with this company on a previous occasion and would highly recommend them.
On both occasions we purchased our appliances from Affordable Appliances of Wigston Leicestershire who made all communication with T.A.S.
We highly recommend both companies. They make purchasing and installing stress free!!!!!!

Telephoned to advise me when they would call. Arrived promptly and worked hard to replace my dishwasher which was in a very awkward place. Not an easy task, but kept very upbeat and assured me that they would be able to fit it with a little bit of perseverance. Fantastic lads. Highly recommend.

We had fantastic service from Craig and his team. We had a problem with replacing a fitted fridge freezer with an equivalent size to still fit in the space and with the fitted doors but Craig was able to source an equivalent quality fridge freezer, which he fitted very well and removed the old one, tidying up any mess. Thank you for an excellent job.

Well done lads. New cooker in, old cooker out. Courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Excellent job, well done.

I would 💯 recommend these guys. They came to remove and install a new Washer and a Fridge for me. What i thought was a simple job, far from it, it’s more than just taking out and putting back in, they were very professional and friendly and informed me of their arrival time in the morning. When they arrived they explained everything and there was some issues with the old appliances but they reassured me and fixed the problem (which they didn’t really have to do).
They went above and beyond and i appreciated their time and efforts. Definitely recommend this company, they are A1.
Thank you guys.

Very friendly, professional and worked well as a team.
Explained all as they went about removing old cooker and insalling new cooker. This was done in a very confined space. Very happy with the work and would recommend them.

Had my electric cooker fitted today. Friendly, efficient and professional. Would recommend and use again.
