I recently contacted Tom and Sons on behalf of my parents to install a new built in cooker and hob. It took just one week from first contact to installation and Tom and Sons even sourced the appliance. It was a very speedy service at a reasonable price and they kept me posted throughout and my parents are very pleased with the look of the new cooker and it's ease of use. Tom and Sons is an excellent company and we would highly recommend.

I recently had a new integrated washing machine installed by Tom and Son, it looked like it wasn't going to fit flush because of pipe work at back. However they
managed to tweak things and it was perfect! I was so pleased and they were cheerful and polite which was an added bonus. I would deffinately recommended them.

Super quick and professional integrated dishwasher installation today. I literally had to do nothing and the team were in and out in a flash. Very happy with the service!

Came recommended by an appliance retailer (Miele Solihull). Craig and team did not disappoint. Work covered the replacement of 5 appliances (integrated cooker hood, hob, oven, microwave, and a semi-integrated dishwasher). Before a commitment to purchase a pre-inspection was carried out to determine suitability of appliances and if any electrical modifications would be required. Very accommodating with install date when there was a late delay to expected delivery day and liaised with retailer. During install kept up to date with progress and consulted on decisions. Unforeseeable issue with corroded drainage system identified during install and replaced. As this was the replacement of integrated appliances over 15 years old my expectation was that they may look a bit out of place once fitted but this proved unfounded with expectations exceeded.

Integrated Cooker Hood was seamlessly installed & externally vented.
Oven [below worktop] required quite a few changes to the electrics and there was the possibility that the gas supply pipe to the existing gas hob would have to be rerouted. Again everything done perfectly.
Craig & Greg did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

I have just had a new cooker installed by Tom and sons .They did an excellent job-very professional.They were careful in removing old cooker and installing the new cooker.They made sure everything was working properly and explained how to operate the new appliance.

Great service from Craig and colleague at Tomandsons. They checked in advance that a new undercounter cooker would fit, and arrived yesterday to install my new cooker (from T C Hayes, Bearwood). Efficient, friendly and helpful service - answered all questions honestly and clearly. Would highly recommend them - if they are not too busy!

These guys came to fit a gas hob and came across an issue with our current system. They were very transparent about this and that it would cost more as the installation would take longer and require more materials.
Another issue was found with our setup and again they told me straight away and resolved this.
They tested the gas before and after their work which I feel is good practice. Thank you!

When things do go wrong the good companies find a way to find solutions to overcome the problems. In this regard Tomandsons were excellent. The problems were not of their making but they moved their timetable around, made arrangements for a missing appliance to be delivered within 30 minutes and then upgraded the electrical system to cater for our new appliances. They fitted a hob and an oven with great precision, were totally polite and helpful throughout and cleaned up any mess as they went. We were very impressed and would totally recommend Tomandsons for any appliance installation. Thank you so much!

Came at appointed timeslot. Quickly removed old integrated fridge/freezer and installed new one which needed some adjustments to fit in the cabinet, but no problem for the gang. Took all materials away and left place clean. Nuff said

Craig & co installed a new induction hob and electric oven in our new home and did a superb job. We had to change from gas to electric and different size oven so the job was a little complicated. The team came along for the initial inspection and let us know how the job could be done. They were very professional on their advice and we knew we could trust them to handle the work. They completed the job neat and clean, reasonably priced. Mother is very happy with her new appliances. Thank you very much!

We've used Tom and Sons a few times now.
Today they fitted our new dual fuel range cooker.
The job was completed with no fuss despite some complications due to our new cooker not having a standard connection. It's clear that they really know their stuff and care about getting the job done right.
They really take care in the way they handled both the old outgoing cooker and the new one to make sure nothing is damaged.

They're really helpful and friendly and are clear about the costs upfront and are reasonably priced.

Tom and Gavin turned up on time, were polite and respectful. They did a superb job installing a fitted fridge freezer and dishwasher.
If you want a 5-star service, these are the people.
Great value for money too.

Greg and Craig arrived to fit a new range.They did all the safety checks and not only re fitted the range, but were able to offer advice as to works that needed to be done in the near future. We found their support and advice and professionalism went beyond the norm ,you can tell they really care about their work and the customers they deal with. After fitting a splashback and fitting the cooker the finish was fabulous .If asked would I recommend this company the answer is a HELL YES.

Gavin and Tom came to install a new washing machine for us and I cannot praise them enough. They discovered a leak after pulling our integrated washing machine and dishwasher out and spent over 2 hours making sure that it was fixed. Service with a smile and very thorough. Absolutely brilliant fitting and service. Can't recommend them enough.
