Exceptional customer care
Exceptional customer care. I had to contact due to a faulty display on the rapid cool and Florence was lovely and issued a replacement. Very grateful indeed as I literally could not cope leaving the house without my rapid cool. We're a full on tommee tippee household, I think we have everything haha thank you for amazing products and help when they break

This is a great product
This is a great product. We have been doing the trial and error with bottle and nipple size selection for the last 3 months for my granddaughter. I called the parent care division of Tommie Tippie with some questions and they were absolutely wonderful.

Overall good items that make mama life easier!
I have a number of Tommee Tippee products and overall are very good. We use the perfect prep machine and UV steriliser on a daily basis and work very well so far. Only issue with the prep machine is that it stops working in hot temps (so no use in the heat wave!)
We also used the PrepGo portable feed maker which was brilliant to start with but became faulty within a few months of use (we only used it a couple of times a week). Contacted customer service and they were brilliant with communication. Offered a replacement but politely declined as it looks like a common fault with this item (would avoid buying this item as it really doesn't last long and temperature notification can be faulty). Refund was recieved once item was collected from me. Slightly faffy to return the item, even though it will be binned? Unfortunately the collection company did not come when they said they would (not directly TT's fault) but did add frustration to the situation whilst also trying to find another brand's replacement.

We understand how important it can be to have a machine up and running during feeding time so to see the temp light can be frustrating but this is implemented as a safety feature to ensure the final feed is always going to be the right temp, so although it can be frustrating it is designed with your little one in mind.
We are sorry to hear you had to contact in with an issue on the PrepGo and that the collection was not arranged at the right time but it is glad to hear the refund was handled quickly.

I bought a white cooling flask and it broke so I thought I’ll buy another one because that’s the only way I can feed my hungry baby fast, I buy another one that one breaks… then another then another and all 4 have broke within a couple weeks of use, and my baby is only 5 months old.

Dummy changes
I phoned TT because I couldn’t purchase our usual dummies as the designs have changed and my boy is ND so likes particular types however Beverley was very kind understanding and spoke to Charlie on the phone to explain the situation which was lovely. We have hopefully found a resolution we’ll wait and see. I appreciate TT have to change designs but it does make life a little harder when you have a neurodivergent child. Thank you Beverley hopefully the new dummies will work out and I’ll order some more.

Excellent products. Couldn’t do without the dream maker and the portable black out blind.
The perfect prep machine is a life saver. Tried making a bottle the normal way and I’d sooner just press a button on the TT machine.

Fantastic customer service

I contacted Tommee Tippee as the markings were coming off my bottles that i had only had for 10 weeks. I spoke with Cienna and Beth who were lovely enough to organise a replacement! They were very helpful and professional :)

My electric breast pump lost suction…
My electric breast pump lost suction power but I didn't have the receipt as it was a gift. It proved difficult to get any help at first bc the product is not discontinued. However Florence was very helpful and did what she could by sending out a selection of new parts to hopefully get the pump working again (which it is). Florence was very helpful

Just wanted to say how amazing the customer care team have been especially Debbie and Sophie! I purchased an electric breast pump and couple of years ago and since returning to breastfeeding my second I was worried about the parts etc so contacted tommee tippee. The customer service I got was second to none, they was so helpful, friendly and was so kind to replace the pump parts for free. Thankyou so much. Will definitely recommend tommee tippee to anyone 😊 Alot of company's will happily take your money and not care about what happens to the product afterwards. Any question big or small the customer care team are very efficient at answering any queries with there products.

I had a faulty portable feed maker and…
I had a faulty portable feed maker and I reached out to the customer service and I had help from Izzy, Cienna, Nicholas and Antony who were all such great help. I provided photos and videos of the feed maker not working and even though I responded late the to being busy, I still heard back from them within hours and a replacement is currently on the way.
I am extremely grateful for the help and couldn’t recommend them more
