We had an issue with our horn size in that the default supplied was too small. Support solved this immediately and shipped out new sizes free of charge.

This was for the double breast pump.

They were very helpful. pump works great too. bottles are good too. but they are expensive. probably for a eeason

Great products and even greater support! Our LED display colling flask had an issue and Honor helped us immediately with a replacement over the phone that we send all the proof. Except from the super great products for our little one it proves that the company has great people - like Honor - who really care about us (the parents)!

It was so refreshing to speak to real humans and get very helpful and detailed responses. Had an issue with our PrepGo Portable Formula Feed Maker and from the initial email to the issue being resolved and a replacement unit being sent out was less than 2 hours, not the normal 3-5 business days for an initial response like others. We were speaking with Honor, Harry, Izzy and Jo, and all of them were perfect at correspondence and exactly what you want. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Absolutely fantastic customer service!

I had an issue with my PrepGo flask where the lid was only flashing red. I contacted customer service and they were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional throughout the whole process.

They asked a few questions to troubleshoot the problem and, even though I didn’t have my original purchase confirmation, they were still able to help me and arrange a replacement for me.

The whole process was quick, straightforward and completely stress-free. It’s so refreshing to receive such good customer service, especially when you’re dealing with something you rely on every day with a baby.

Thank you so much for being so helpful and for sorting this out for me. I really appreciate it and would definitely recommend the PrepGo and the company based on my experience! 🩷

I messaged support about replacement parts for some old Tommee Tippee cups, not expecting much. Unfortunately the parts are not sold or provided separately but Beverley and Izzy were super responsive and they managed to arrange some replacements.

My Rapidcool unfortunately broke this morning, I contacted customer services and spoke with Cienna. She quickly and efficiently sorted my problem and has arranged a replacement to be sent out. Amazing customer service from start to finish!

I wrote to tommee tippee on Facebook due to some discontinued dummy’s. They kindly offered to send a free sample to me for my little one to try then went of their way to find the dummies I originally wanted on amazon even tho they were discontinued. Florence and Cienna went above and beyond. Absolutely brilliant customer service
