I had an issue with my prep machine, I called customer services who answered straight away, no queues! Debbie was extremely helpful and understanding of the issues I was experiencing. Replacement and collection was all organised within minutes. You don’t often get customer service like that anymore so it deserves to be recognised.

Very disappointing – two faulty machines and still no resolution
I bought a Tommee Tippee Perfect Prep machine directly from Tommee Tippee on 28 May 2026, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing.
The first machine was faulty and had to be replaced. Sadly, the replacement has exactly the same problem.
The machine regularly refuses to prepare another bottle for around three hours after its last use because it claims the water is too warm. This makes it completely unreliable when my baby needs feeding and defeats the entire purpose of buying a machine that’s marketed as preparing bottles quickly and conveniently.
I’ve followed every troubleshooting step recommended by Tommee Tippee, including flushing the machine with cold water, topping it up with fresh cold water, keeping it out of direct sunlight, switching it off, using chilled water, and even setting the machine to the coolest water temperature available in the app. Despite all of this, the machine still overheats and refuses to make bottles.
I understand the machine has a safety feature that prevents it from operating when the water temperature exceeds 28°C. However, I don’t think it’s reasonable for a product designed to prepare baby bottles on demand to require constant cooling measures, refrigerated water or even ice just to work during normal UK summer weather.
Customer service has simply repeated the explanation about the safety feature rather than addressing the fact that I’ve now had two machines with the same issue. A replacement has not solved the problem.
I’ve now requested a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 because I don’t believe the product is of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product. It’s an expensive purchase that I simply can’t rely on when my baby needs feeding the most.

I returned my order and I still haven't received my refund. Instead of helping to resolve the issue, I felt like I was simply dismissed and told to take it up elsewhere rather than being offered any meaningful assistance.
I understand that parcels can sometimes be delayed or lost in transit, but that's exactly when good customer service matters. Instead of investigating the issue properly or keeping me informed, I was left chasing for updates and without a resolution.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. Poor communication, no empathy, and no willingness to take ownership of the problem. I expected much better from a well-known brand and won't be shopping with Tommee Tippee again.

Spoke with Martin and Izzy and was offered troubleshooting advice, now I have a new device being delivered! Never been so happy with a company, these two clearly care for their customers and are so supportive!

Without shadow of any doubt the worst experiance i have ever had in my life with any equipment ever.
I bought the Tommee Tippee Perfect Prep Pro - Black.
The set up process is more complicated then landing on the moon. The set up is a joke. As an example when you are told to hold down the "filter replacement" button it does not flash, beep or anything to confirm it worked"
The process off allowing cold water at point 6 on the instuctuons is a joke. The reason being is you have to allow,cold water to filter through but this takes time and oftrn the equipment shuts down and you have to start again.
At point 9 and 10 of the instructions when you are having to let it weigh the bottle to memorise it. Its a joke. I have followed it 5 times and everytime instead of the dispense button turning green it turns red. YOUR INSTRUCTIONS DONT EXPLAIN WHAT THAT MEANS.
Your company should be fined heavily for such a poor product. I want my money back
To make it worse soneone made a bottle "the old fashioned way" it was so simple. Dont waste your money people

I had an issue with the tommee tippee prep machine. It was dispensing the correct amount of water. It was an oz short everytime. the lady I spoke to was very helpful and as I had done everything she suggested she then ordered a replacement to be sent out and it arrived 3 days later. She was very lovely, polite and helpful. I Wasn’t on hold or waiting ages for the phone to get answered and kept me up to date via call and email. Overall very happy with the experience

Had issues with the tommee tippee prep pro machine. Reached to a member of customer service and spoke to Martin. A lovely chap and helped me and guided me throughout with troubleshoot with setting up the new machine. Happy to say that he got the machine in working order on a step by step process and also helped me with all my questions. Thank you martin.
