Great customer service

We were having trouble with the lid on our cooling flask. I spoke to Debbie on the live chat and she was able to trouble shoot and provide a quick solution. Happy customer.

Faulty bottle - great customer support

I had an issue with a bottle I bought, Debbie took me through all the steps to try and fix the problem and got it all sorted nice and quickly. Good customer service.

If you’re having a summer baby good…

If you’re having a summer baby good luck, especially in this UK heat wave. Literally can’t use it as it’s too warm. It’s quicker to measure the formula, boil the kettle and use the nuby cooler by the time you’ve emptied it and re filtered cold water. And when you do manage to use it with cooler water you have to repeat the process every time you come back to it for another bottle. Not ideal at 03:00am🤣 if it was winter, laughing would be so handy!

We're very sorry to hear that you have experienced this and we understand how frustrating this can be. Our Perfect Prep® machines have a probe that measures the temperature of the water in the tank and stops the unit dispensing water that is above 28°C. This is a key safety feature that makes sure the final feed is not too hot for your baby. High water temperature should only ever be an issue in hotter climates, but it's not uncommon for mains water to rise in temperature in cooler climates during a sustained period of hot weather.

We therefore recommend that you run the cold tap until the water is cold before filling your Perfect Prep® jug. To stop your unit getting too hot:

-Keep it out of direct sunlight.
-Regularly top it up with cold tap water.
-Keep a jug of cool water in the fridge and use this to top up your machine.
-Add some ice cubes to the hopper.

My partner lost 2 stars from the…

My partner lost 2 stars from the advance anti colic bottles down our sink drain when washing them and when I contacted customer support, I had a lovely lady named Debbie who quickly and kindly got a new set of stars sent out to my address free of charge. Really are such a great company/great quality and amazing customer support

I needed to replace the duckbill valves…

I needed to replace the duckbill valves for my electric pump and couldn't find them anywhere besides the Tommee Tippee UK site. I reached out through chat on how to order these replacements and received prompt and easy help. The customer service person ordered them for me and they were free. I received tracking updates and they arrived very timely. Happy with the service I was provided!

Excellent customer service

I had a great experience with Tommee Tippee customer service. My Perfect Prep machine developed a fault, and after I explained the issue and provided photos and a video, the team quickly arranged a replacement. Throughout the process, Andy, Morgan and Honorine were friendly, professional, patient and very helpful. They kept me informed every step of the way and made the whole process easy. Absolute Nightmare when Tommee Tippee were at Fault

Really disappointed with my recent order with Tommee Tippee. I was given 5 packs of Dummies instead of the 5 packets of Bottle Teats I ordered. It seems all Tommee Tippee care about is receiving their items back before sending my replacement Bottle Teats even though I explained I needed them urgently and it was Tommee Tippees mistake...


After numerous different customer advisers had looked into the issue, replacement teats were ordered however the wrong ones had been ordered by the advisor even though I had sent pictures and stated numerous times which ones I was missing from my order. It seems there are too many customer advisors involved and they do not read the previous correspondence in the email trail correctly.

I was at my wits end and frustrated with the slow resolution and incorrect order being requested so I phoned the helpline and requested a refund where I am so glad I was able to speak to Honor who was able to help me and issue me a refund so I was able to purchase the bottle teats today elsewhere.

I'm so frustrated with Tommee Tippee, their lack of apology and the time I have now wasted trying to resolve this issue when it was Tommee Tippees mistake! I now have to wait in all day until I can see Yodel's estimated 2 hours courier collection time to collect the incorrect items.

Your process needs to change and you need to get replacement items to your customers asap if it's a mistake by Tommee Tippees or offer to issue a refund straight away. To prevent this issue reoccuring you need to ensure your warehouse staff/ item pickers are familiar with the products and know which products to pick correctly for the orders.

Your customer service advisors also need to ensure they read the previous email correspondence and look at the images and photos sent within the email trails.

I am so disappointed as my first order with Tommee Tippee was great, I had no issues
As this second order has been nothing but a nightmare!

Tommee Tippee yet again have not read the emails correctly and have sent the courier to the wrong address! Honestly it's not that hard to read an email trail...

My advice is if Tommee Tippee send you the wrong items, don't be honest like I have and don't tell them you've received different items just tell them which items you are missing as it'll save you a lot less hassle!

We have a perfect prep machine

We have a perfect prep machine, which most of the time is fine. Any semi-warm temperatures though and you have to empty out the whole tank to try and fresh water through the filter again. Which is annoying. If you like in a warm country you'd never be able to use it!

It uses an app too which is a feature absolutely nobody needs.

I don't think there are many other options regarding prepachines but I can't wait for us not to need to use it to be honest!

Quick response and helpful

I contacted customer support to replace a broken part and they got in touch really quickly once the weekend was over to help! The team were quick to reply to my emails and solved my issue in no time. Thanks to Sophie, Beth and Martin for their help :)

Wonderful experience

I had such a wonderful experience with Tommee Tippee's customer service.

Prep machine faulty

Prep machine faulty. Overheated electrically and no longer working. Contacted Tommee Tippee in literally every way possible, every platform and was ignored or fobbed off. Finally got a result, they were to replace the prep machine.. created the order and didn't send it. Been waiting almost two weeks and again being ignored. Had one reply to say they will look into this and get back to me.. never did. Really sh*t customer service and for that reason I wouldn't recommend buying from them. There's cheaper alternatives now.
