Tom Molloy Estates Reviews

Went to see Tom for some advice on my next step on the property ladder and what would best suit my circumstances. 🏡

Came away with some genuinely great advice and a much clearer idea of my options moving forward.

Really appreciate your time and advice, mate. Thank you!

I sold my house with tom in Solihull in March. Normally dread these things and I’d been putting it off for months because of that. Tom was amazing from day 1, really going above and beyond. If I were to ever move again, I would 1000% be going back to Tom. Highly recommend

Tom was great. He was helpful and very patient. He gave lots of good advice and made me feel comfortable with the process.

Tom is very honest, caring and nothing it too much effort he is always willing to help. He is very kind, well mannered, polite and very professional! Thank you Tom for all your support.

Tom and he’s team were brilliant throughout the selling process alway helpful with answering and question we had regarding the sale. Had our house sold with 5 days of going on the market!!!!

Tom molloy is very professional and hardworking Estate Agent . From first meeting when he came to value our property right through to the very end of completion. We initially had other Agents booked to come and value our property , but after Tom molloy came we cancelled the others he knew his stuff and we were very impressed with how dedicated to his business he is.
From the time we agreed for Tom to market our property to it being advertised and first viewing booked was 24hrs. Sold within 9 days after numerous other offers. We have had a few issues from our buyers solicitors etc but Tom got straight on it and sorted out the issues and reported straight back to us.
Tom is transparent. Professional and very good at what he does.
Highly recommended

A massive thank you to Tom for the support he has provided myself and my husband with the process of purchasing a property. I would definitely recommend Tom to others.

Tom has been fantastic throughout the home buying experience. Gave us good advice, answered all our questions, was super responsive and gave us contacts for other bits of the process. He's friendly, charismatic and made us feel very comfortable when viewing a property that we've gone through purchasing.

We bought a house sold by Tom at Tom Molloy estates last October 2025, Tom was patient and understanding, showing excellent communication and was proactive during the sale, Tom worked extremely hard to move the chain forward and keep the sale running smooth.

Tom was honest with questions we asked about the property. If we was to ever move again we would use Tom Molloy estates.

We couldn’t be happier with our new home.

Highly recommended. Excellent personal service and goes that extra mile to deal with queries. Would definitely use this company again.

We recently completed our purchase. Tom was the sellers estate agent. We were accepted as the winning bidders and will be forever grateful that we were chosen.
Although it took longer than anticipated (not Tom's fault) it was a smooth transaction with great communication from start to finish.

my house was on the market for 3 days and sold over the asking price, I couldn’t be more happier with Tom Molloy Estates.
