It is near impossible to get a hold of a live person to talk to. The hold times are well over 50 minutes every time I tried to call. I have called four times with no success. I've tried submitting three online requests to resolve an issue with no success there as well.
Bad service big delays
Despite nice clothes and friendly Svc I. The store, the call center is horrendous , long wait time , not the brightest folks working in the cust svc. dept. it may be that the cust call center is in California , this in it self explainers the poor service and lack of reps working the phones to take calls .i recommend going into the store , do not order online or call the cust Svc center they fail on every level.

This is unacceptable for such a company .
Whoever is the CEO or CRO of TB shoud be ashamed of this performance

The absolute worst customer service. One and a half hours waiting on the phone, they dont return calls, a week and a half to receive deliveries. When i finally spoke to a supervisor she expressed her own frustration that the company was unwilling to hire more people to answer phones. Pkease dont do business with them.
WTF happened to their customer…
WTF happened to their customer service??? It used to be GREAT. Now I have to hold for 40 minutes even once, 64 minutes and still don't get anyone on the line. I leave messages and no call backs. I returned an item. It's been over 3 weeks and NO REFUND. Again, WTF?
OUTSTANDING
I'm writing to share my excellent customer service experience I recently had at the NEW OUTLET STORE IN LAS VEGAS, I do not typically write reviews, but the outstanding customer serviced received from a sales associate named Shirlee truly stood out.
She was highly professional, personable and a wonderful sense of humor to my shopping experience top-tier service, Employees like her make the Tommy Bahama brand exceptional, I would hire her for my brand. I wanted to give her " A Shout Out " for her hard work and talent are recognized by corporate leadership.
Low Quality Product All Around
Over a period of time, I purchased four pairs of shorts and several shirts from this brand. Unfortunately, the durability of these premium-priced items has been incredibly disappointing.
Shorts Defects:
Every single pair of shorts suffered manufacturing failures. The buttons physically broke in half during standard wear. Additionally, the fabric experienced severe hyperstretching along all seams, making the garments unwearable.
Shirt Fabric Issues:
The shirts have an unusually dry, brittle texture. The material feels structurally weak, as if it is on the verge of breaking apart.
I attempted to reach out to the company via their social media channels to bring these manufacturing issues to their attention, but received no response.
Given the premium price point of this brand, consumers expect durable goods. Based on my experience, the current quality of the materials does not match the price.

You guy suck!!!!!! I have spent thousands of dollars here and this company is nothing less than fraudulent. They send me $50 off.$100 purchase coupons daily that dont work and say invalid. The past year $99 items now 138 148 158. Are you kidding me. Quality not even close to price point. So dupe your customers. Bye bye. Can you day bankrupt. Good luck crooks. Obviously they ate -10 stars no option though
Products great but returns suck !
Products great usually but I have discovered returns are disastrous. It took only a couple days to receive an item I ordered by FedEx. But a return which is free return labeled for USPS is taking 2 weeks to arrive there and then another 7 days reportedly for account to be credited. The local store was closed so I think this will have to be my last purchase with TB!
Do not order off their website
Do not order off their website. Promised 2 day shipping. We are day 4 and still has not shipped according to their site. Tried to call, could not get an answer so I left my number as prompted to get into the cue. Never got a call back. Completed their form online, never got a response.
Not Worth The Money
I purchased a beautiful full zip jacket in December 2024; black with an animal imprint. I've not worn it that much - perhaps a dozen times to lunch/dinner (perhaps 3-4 hours) and washed it inside out maybe 3-4 times and use very little detergent for our black washes. It's a very handsome jacket and have received a couple compliments on how sharp it is. While preparing for a trip last month, I noticed the black had dulled. Contacted customer service who was very good in the consolable department. She offered me 15% discount on another item. Why, when a $50 gift card is sent out a couple times a year? That added insult to injury. The warranty doesn't cover past a year. I thought of donating it to Goodwill but decided instead to wear the heck out of it. It has Tommy Bahama printed in a bright gold below the collar. Women will see it, notice it's fading; and I'll explain to friends the reason I'm wearing it. For Tommy Bahama's prices that we pay, we should be receiving much, much, MUCH better quality products.
Very very disappointed in the…
Very very disappointed in the experience that I just had a Tommy Bahama women’s clothing store in Naples Florida. I showed them a pair of shorts purchased three years ago that I paid at least $80 for and now they are unwearable because there is bunching at the hemline at the bottom of the shorts. I assured them I followed the correct washing instructions to no avail. I feel as though a pair of shorts from a company like Tommy Bahama should give you more than three years of wear. I have similar shorts purchased from J.Crew, loft, and the gap and they all look absolutely fine. I would have hoped that they would’ve stood behind their product and offered me the same shorts without charging me for them. They did offer me a discount, but I did not think that that was appropriate. Especially at the price point of that store. Shame, shame on you, Tommy Bahama. I will never shop there again.
Cheap Chinese furniture with a elegant name
I purchased Tommy Bahama as I have a house down the shore near the water within five years. All the aluminum coaing came off. When I called customer service, they said they only have a two year warranty and there’s nothing they can do. I went to buy new furniture to find almost everyone’s warranty for Outdoor Furnature is 10 to 15 years. So there’s no real reason to buy Tommy Bahama furniture that is for coastal living which obviously is cheap Chinese aluminum. It’s not what you think it is and their customer service isn’t what you think it is

Went shopping at the Tommy bahama store in the Oaks in Oklahoma City. I was help by a lady named Beverly. She always helps me when I go in…..although I spend too much. What great customer service. Beverly suggested items for me to try on. I ended up spending nearly $1500.

Tommy Bahama dropped the ball big time when they stopped making the boracay Jeans for men. now they are selling jeans that are cheaply made and for more money.Sorry they will never see me or my friends anymore in any of their stores again.

Ordering the same item three times and still getting the wrong one is exhausting—especially from a big brand like Tommy Bahama where you expect the process to be smoother. And waiting 3+ weeks for a refund on something that expensive just adds insult to injury.

Put sale on effective Saturday morning but don’t staff warehouse until Monday. Take the cash when ordered placed but 4 days later still haven’t shipped. When call customer service they just say sorry. Seems like cash grab by someone about to go bankrupt.
Deceptive business practices beware
It takes three months for Tommy Bahama to process a return. They do not share that information on their site or anytime during the purchasing process.
