Fantastic communication with this company. Rheb in customer services and was able to help with my query and resolve the matter. I received the wrong size and was offered a replacement free of charge. Loving the tee-shirts. Great quality and as expected.

This was a horrendous company to deal with. I purchased 6 T-shirt 3 medium, 3 large on 25th April. They didn’t arrive until 20th May. They were so small and same size. The labels had been cut out of them and the quality was poor.

I contacted the company and asked for an address to return and get a refund.
After many emails we finally got an address and posted T-shirts back. With Evri.
We have still not received our money back.
Do not use this company

Rheb @ Tom Ralph did his very best to get me the shirts that I purchased and finally received even though it was short one shirt at the end of the day I got 3 VN shirts to wear once it warms up again, and some lucky person in TX got 4 shirts by pure luck.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I had issues with a size and I returned the goods. Only to find they charge you a fee to return, expect you to pay for shipping, and then hold your money for 2.5 months (this is written in the terms of purchase) before issuing a refund. The merchandise was returned in July and didn't get my money back until October. They must have serious cash flow problems and I'm hoping this leads to their demise so that no one else has to go through what I went through

the delivery took several weeks due to the fact that they couldn't locate my address. Strange when we all have post codes! When they did finally arrive I was pleased with the quality and although the fit is neat (I ordered large for a 42 chest) - perhaps should have ordered XL. Will now have to lose a few pounds.

I bought what I thought was an XL. Turns out I think these are made in China so their sizing is different. XL was too small. Customer support was on the spot. They wanted me to confirm the shirt size to make the appropriate size change for a replacement. I measured another shirt and confirmed the next size XXL should do the trick. I kept the XL and plan to give it away to a friend. XXL fits fine. Thanks.

Ordered 3 of The Davanté Polo shirts size large. The shirts took a bit longer than I had expected however they did provide a tracking number.

The shirts material is good and stitching is solid. The only issue I can share is that they fit small. I purchased large which is my traditional size and they hugged the mid-section a bit too much. I contacted support and they were prompt and offered to exchange for the next size up.

**note** I also had the issue with email communication for the last 10 days. It seems they had technical issues with their domain which has now been resolved (October 7th, 2024)

Ordered a Polo shirt via Facebook three weeks ago and still haven’t received it yet. Send an email but email doesn’t exist. Tried to track the shipment from somewhere in China but no progress on the order. They’ve taken the money as well so think I’ve been scammed. Do not order anything from this company !!! That’s the last time I ever ordered anything via Facebook. Just get scammed 🤷🏻‍♂️

Ordered a shirt and wanted a replacement in different colour as white shirt is see through and collar is different colour to shirt 🤷‍♀️ now when I email it states the email address doesn’t exist. Don’t bother ordering from this company. You may regret it !

I order 3 shirts for my son, they were a little snug fitting so emailed the on how to proceed with a return and refund process. Well the email is now no longer available. So I guess I'm stuck with shirts that don't fit. If anyone has any new contact or phone information I would be most grateful if you would share it with me. Thank you

Great customer service, I mistakenly ordered the wrong size, I got a replacement within days and still kept the previous size which I gave to my older brother.

Great quality shirts. Shipping was a bit delayed, but product was guaranteed. I reached out to customer service and they were extremely helpful!!

Very poor quality of clothes in their shirt compared to how much they cost. The online ads which influenced my purchase is highly misleading. I'm sure they are getting these shirts for dimes and selling for 25 plus dollars each. The purchase experience with them has led me question my decision to ever shop clothes online.

Compré en línea una camisa y ha pasado un mes desde eso, y aún no llega a mi dirección, cuando escribo a servicio al cliente solo se lavan las manos poniendo el número del transporte pero lógicamente el pago se realizó directamente a Tom Ralph por tal razón me parece el colmo que no den ninguna respuesta ni solución. Que pésimo y asqueroso servicio al cliente.

Ordered the shirts for my husband in a large but were a bit tight so contacted company and with a prompt reply I was receiving a size X-LARGE. Quality of polo shirts is very nice. Would not hestitate to order from them again.

Good quality products but unfortunately the sizing did not match my requirements. However, the customer sevice is excellent and I recieved my refund with no fuss or problems.

Ordered xl shirts in all of the colors. Normally I do research on online companies before I order, but I didn't for this one. I sent an email requesting an exchange, but after reading all of these reviews, I'm not going to bother. The shirts aren't worth the frustration I would encounter from customer service. I might take them to goodwill, or just throw them in the garbage.

The item purchased took longer than I expected to arrive but the customer service were very helpful.
I purchased a polo style shirt however it wasn’t a great fit for me as it was quite a tight fit so I gave it to my son instead who is slim.
The quality seemed ok for the price.
