Do your research as to exactly what you want to order then its extremely easy to order on the site. I was pleased how quickly it arrived and they even followed up by posting an invoice.

cannot fault service!!

Not sure if they were closed on the 23/12 when I ordered, but it is now the 6/1 and I still have not received my toner.
Whilst I wasn't desperate for the supply, if I knew I was going to wait 2 weeks because of Christmas and New Years, I probably would have purchased genuine from a local supplier this time.

Great generic ink cartridges, very good quality colour at about half the cost. I have tried another companies generic cartridges but was very disappointed with the colour quality. Phillip :)

Ordered a generic toner for my old HP laserjet 1015 and it arrived the next morning! In with the new toner, out with the old, printed 8 pages and everything looks great so far. This is the first time I've used generic toner and judging from the print quality, I can't tell the difference between this one and the HP brand. Saved $60, what a bargain.

I ordered a Cannon Pack and there was no followup with an Email Confirmation that my order had gone through. when I requested the email confirmation the reply was "Check your Junk Mail" There was nothing in my Junk Mail. I requested again - same reply. Eventually I requested that the confirmation email be sent again and it finally arrived. Until this order I didn't know you guys and was just a little suspicious without the confirmation that my money may be gone . Eventually the Pack arrived and I everything is fine. Would I order with you guys again??????????? Not sure
