Dealt with an issue very professionally
I had a delayed delivery that was very frustrating. However, I am very glad to say that this experience was dealt with in a very professional manner. I was very frustrated at the situation. And contacted the team. Thankfully I was contacted immediately upon reporting the issue and there was a thorough explanation for the cause of the delay. The Toner team went above and beyond to ensure the reasons for the delay wouldn’t happen again - they communicated on a daily basis to keep me informed and I really appreciated that level of support.
