Poor variety and low stock levels
I was gifted a voucher for the online site but was very disappointed by the lack of variety and stock levels.
I eventually found something I wanted and from there everything was brilliant

Apologies for the late reply. I am glad you managed to find something you liked in the end. We have good news to report! - We now have a brand new Shopify platform site up and running, it's a massive improvement in terms of looks and functionality.
We are also in the process of expanding the inventory in all areas - This means it will be faster, easier to navigate and have a lot more choice. Sorry that your previous visit was a little disappointing, if you give us another chance i'm sure you will be a lot happier.

It was tricky getting to the paying…
It was tricky getting to the paying stage, I tried several times when buying a gift card to be sent by email, I nearly gave up.
Then, the gift voucher didn’t arrive on the correct day, it was a birthday gift. I got in touch and the problem was rectified swiftly, thanks .

Sorry for such a late reply. I am sorry your shopping experience wasn't as hassle free as it should have been. Thankfully I have good news to report, we have moved away from our previous platform, that was unfortunately a little fiddly on checkout. We now have a new Shopify site, which is extremely fast, trouble free and a lot less complicated when you checkout.
Another improvement is the gift card function, it's now a really simple way to order your gift cards. They are emailed instantly and are ready for use in-store or online without any trouble at all.

This was a birthday gift for my husband…
This was a birthday gift for my husband and unfortunately, the wrong club was sent to him, even after double checking that I had ordered the correct club. However, the company has now have swapped out the clubs which is great. That’s the reason for the 3 stars. Not a great start but a good ending.
