We purchased a gift voucher as a birthday present and selected first-class delivery due to a limited timeframe. However, after three days, it had still not arrived.
I contacted your team one evening and was assisted by a very polite gentleman who assured me that someone would follow up the next morning. True to this, Damian called promptly at 8am, resolved the issue efficiently, and arranged for the voucher to be sent via tracked delivery. We received it the following day.

Great service from Tony Valentine golf. Ordered a pair of adidas golf boots which were despatched and delivered super fast. Tony valentine was the best price I could find and the only supplier with my size. I was kept updated on delivery time and they came very well packaged. Will definitely buy from Tony Valentine again.
