Excellent service from Toolboys highly recommended for reliable maintenance and technical services

After an initial very good start the Manager showed the reality of another unreliable, greedy and unprofessional attitude . Don’t get me wrong, the people working for them are valid and helpful, but the Managers , oh boy……. They will negate evidence and try to charge the impossible, not producing Invoices ( to pretend no payments were made ) and not complete the agreed job at the agreed price !

Bought a new water pump with a 1 year warranty. When it stopped working was told it was not covered by warranty and would need to buy another pump. 3 months later the second pump has failed and again, apparently, not covered by warranty.

We selected Toolboys for renovation work at our villa and signed a contract that included a 12-month warranty. The initial work was completed, though there were a few minor tweaks needed. One particular area was not finished to standard, and we've been waiting over six weeks for it to be addressed under the warranty.

Despite multiple follow-ups and reassurances that someone would be sent, the repair remains pending.

We’re sharing this experience to encourage others to clarify post-completion support, warranty handling, and follow-up timelines before moving forward with any contractor.

They brought a new water pump for me and promised that broken one they will fix and bring back in two weeks. Since that time passed 3 months. I asked many times and received only promises, but not the repaired pump. Absolutely irresponsible and non-professional.
