Thank you for reaching out to us & providing us with your review, we are sorry to hear on the disappointment with your recent order. we received your order at 11pm on December 24th, our warehouse offices were closed for christmas holidays , when we returned your order was processed and shipped on Monday 5th , dpd attempted delivery on Tuesday the 6th but due to Snow they were unable to make delicacy , it is rescheduled for today Wednesday
A member of our team will contact our delivery partner DPD this morning to make sure you receive your order this morning
