After reading other reviews concerning added shipping, I was on the watch.
After filling in my address and such, it did indeed change the Free Shipping to a charged $13.57.
I did not complete the order. Seems this happens to most customers, so it is not a one-time snafu or a new site issue.
I will order from Walmart, where FREE shipping means exactly that.

Scam or fraud? I had the same experience as another reviewer when my shipping charges went from $0 to $15 when I had placed the order. When I tried to cancel that second I got the runaround for 2 days and was then told the product had shipped. They had plenty of time to cancel the order.
Then the fun began trying to get customer service to take the return. They only emailed 1 copy of an item return even though they mailed it in 2 boxes. I still haven’t received the second one after sending 2 separate emails a couple of days apart. Then in this day of COVID right after my dad had died they wanted me to go to UPS (could have been FedEx) to drop it off. But I can’t be out for obvious reasons.
At this point I have concluded that these are deliberate acts so I won’t get any money back.
Also they are linked to CarsID and both send emails about this.
That site has many such reviews and one reviewer stated THEY PAY FOR POSITIVE REVIEWS SO DONT BELIEVE THE SCORE. READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING. I know I wished I had read them
After I placed this review they did figure out how to pick up the package and reimburse me quickly...wish I’d thought to write a review earlier!

Do you waste time to buy anything from this site. They will lie to you. Very bad customer service. They do not know anything and cannot help anything. All this site does is taking money. They do not have control for the item.

The products are fine, but their customer service is terrible. Really poor communication and extremely high shipping charges. I regret ordering from this company.

I ordered two of an item. One was defective right out of the box. Same day I called I had a return authorization and return shipping label in my email and within a week the replacement arrived, defective part returned and credit received. Great customer service!

Products (toolboxes) arrived when promised. All products arrived in great condition. Price was great and shipping cost was very fair. I would use Toolsid again for this type of purchase.

Easy Off 23 mm Metric Bolt Extractor Socket.
As a plumber of 47 years, I have had many bolt heads get botched to the point where no socket or wrench will work on them. My son's foreign car had this problem on the rear end in a tight space where it was hard to get some tools in. This bolt was on so tight that that it was damaged by us trying to extract it. Yet it was the oil filler for the rear end and we had to get it off. Finally searching online, I found Toolsid whom had a special type of hardened steel socket extractors made with blades in it to remove stripped bolts. I ordered a 23mm extractor and received it here in Hawaii within 4 business days. All the while, my son was very impatient and kept saying "It won't work". When it got here, I handed it to him, he went out to the garage and was back here in 5 minutes saying "It worked"! He was so happy. I would recommend Toolsid to anyone.

I bought some hard hat ear muffs from them today and the price was great. As I processed the order it asked me to input my zip code to figure shipping. I did this and it came back saying free shipping. Score!!! But wait, as I checked out it told me the order was successfully placed but where it had said $0.00 for shipping it now said $37.30. Keep in mind that the item only cost 37.83. No problem... I called them and the woman on the phone told me that it was free shipping to my house but not to a P.O. box. The town I live in does not deliver to our houses. I asked for a supervisor and told her I wanted to cancel the order. The supervisor, Leah Pol***** told me that the order had already processed and she couldn't guarantee it wouldn't ship. So I would be responsible for the return shipping as well. After a few choice words she informed me that she could give me a $15 gift card to their company and that was the best she could do.. She then got rude and said I could either take the gift card or she could try but not guarantee to cancel the order. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CON ARTISTS

Dont buy from TOOLSID.
Bought some filters 12-30-19 said they where in stock,1-6-20 received email saying they where not and will ship 2-3-20 then on 2-5-20 another email saying not till 3-11-20 here we are 3-15-20 and still nothing. They charged my card back in December, still no product and their word is no good!

1 Star rating is way to much for this company. I ordered sunglasses and the ad specifically states 12 pair/Box. Received 1 pair! Called customer service and am told I see the ad, let me contact the supplier. Rep comes back to phone and says this is a web error. They would not honor there price on the web site. I was told I could return them. They would give me $10 gift card, for what? They also stated "You order the remaining pair" are you kidding me? $15.64 per pair and $13.22 for shipping 1 pair??? Not happening.
