I've been contacting customer service…
I've been contacting customer service for days, and they don't respond. They take my money, but I still can't use the tool I bought. They offer a new extension to access their tool, which is disastrous; it crashes all the software, and to make matters worse, customer service doesn't even reply.

I recently purchased services from…
I recently purchased services from ToolSurf, including ChatGPT and Runway, and I am extremely dissatisfied. The service has been nothing short of frustrating. Runway hasn't worked for over a week and is incredibly slow—sometimes taking an hour or more just to load. Now, their website doesn't even allow me to use Runway, as I’m constantly logged out. I’m also encountering similar login issues with ChatGPT, where I can’t even access the service through their site anymore.
I’m very unhappy with the experience and will never purchase anything from them again. I’ve requested a refund, and we’ll see whether they honor it or if they turn out to be scammers. Avoid this service at all costs!

Scam, Run Faraway, Do a Chargeback to Protect Yourself
Bought access to a tool and their method of accessing the tool results in a recaptcha being generated every 5 seconds.
Still they consider their tool working lol...
And they refuse to do a refund.
No problem, will file a chargeback.
If you are facing a similar issue with them, lets all file a chargeback together and have their payment processor suspended.
Such a scammy company should not be allowed to operate and scam others.

Dont buy from them
Dont buy from them. I decided to buy Scribd subscription from them. I made the payment but the website was stuck. Like my screen was frozen. I contacted them and they said they are going to fix that. They fixed the issue but they have not paid for their membership. I asked them to look into it and give me the membership so I could download books and they said they are going to fix it but they did nothing. The screen as soon as I open Scribd is still stuck and they are not even fixing the issues now.
I am disappointed because I read their reviews here and the positive reviews led me to believe that they might not be scammers but they are actually.

Horrible experience: legit site or scam?
Horrible experience. They offer access to trial accounts (which are free for them, meaning they don’t pay for them, but you do, so I’m not even sure if this is a legal practice) with obvious performance limitations. However, the worst part is that these accounts are inaccessible (I managed to access them only once, and that was after contacting customer support multiple times). Even then, access was blocked by a pop-up that prevented me from using the site. Despite reporting the issue, I was not refunded. Although the amount is negligible, this demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism and respect.
