There are several red flags with this group which they should consider addressing.
The draws, from this evening anyway, were autodraws, and these were not public. The results come within 30 mins of the draw close, and the tickets page within the same time.
This 30 min gap gives a person time to edit the winner, and edit the ticket page, to favour a specific or even fake person.
The TMC team should put provisions in place for full transparency, and then it would be a really good site worthy of 5 stars.

Thank you for your review. We wanted to clarify a couple of points because we feel there may be some misunderstanding around how AutoDraw works.
The 15–30 minute gap between a competition closing and the draw taking place is a standard feature used by many competition platforms. The reason is simple: a very large number of entries are often purchased in the final hour, final minutes and even final seconds, so the system needs time to make sure every valid entry is fully processed and included before the draw takes place.
On our website, this timing is clearly shown in advance. We specifically state the closing time and the later AutoDraw or Live Draw time so players know exactly what to expect.
Regarding the lack of a live broadcast, this is simply the difference between an AutoDraw and a Live Draw.
With a Live Draw, we broadcast the draw and show the random winner selection process live. With an AutoDraw, the winner is selected automatically by the system, so there is no separate live broadcast. That is why we clearly label competitions as either AutoDraw or Live Draw.
The 30-minute gap is not there to change or manipulate results. It is there to protect players by making sure late entries are not missed.
We appreciate that transparency is important, and that is exactly why the draw type and timing are shown before players enter.
You can also check how other competition platforms handle entry lists. Many do not publish them publicly at all.
We choose to publish our entry lists specifically to provide more transparency, not less, so players can see that their entries have been recorded and included.
If, having read this explanation, you feel your concerns have been addressed, we would really appreciate it if you would reconsider whether your 3-star rating still reflects your experience with us.
Of course, you are always free to choose the type of competition platform you feel most comfortable using. We would be very happy to see you continue playing with us, but equally we respect your choice if you prefer a platform with a different draw structure.

Now I'm giving this company three stars out of five and that is because I absolutely love this company and their prizes and their fairly good Odds but I've had two wins not a lot of money but me personally I've had to chase constantly with emails texts even putting messages on that adverts on Facebook can you pay me and it just takes a long time for them to get back to me and pay me for argument sake are one last night something the cash alternative is just under a few hundred quid but I've still not being paid and you're talking a good 15 hours ago they just seem to take forever to pay people I have been on other competitions one the same sort of money and they pay you instantly i find for small amounts might be different for bigger amounts but for small amounts you constantly keep chasing them which really lets his company down their payment system is absolutely virtually non-existent on the small amounts it's such a disappointment because it is a really good company but their payments are terrible they need to really sort their self out with payments I've tried everything to get paid from last night's competitions and are still have not been paid I'm really pulling my hair out as I've not got a lot of money and I play with what a can afford three stars is generous on my behalf

At 9:30pm, you won the Omega x Swatch Moonwatch, and we emailed you within around 15 minutes. You replied at around 8am the following morning confirming that you would prefer the cash alternative.
Our team started work at 10am, checked everything, and by 12:30pm the full cash alternative had already been paid to you — around 2.5 hours after the working day began.
If you feel that 2–2.5 hours is too long to process a cash alternative, then unfortunately we may not be able to meet your expectations. We always do our best to pay winners as quickly as possible, usually within a few hours and sometimes within the same working day.
We don’t have staff sitting in the office 24 hours a day waiting to process payments within minutes, but we do believe receiving your full cash alternative within 2.5 hours of our team starting work is a very fast service.
If you know of competition sites that can consistently pay faster than that, they may be a better fit for you.
We believe our team handled this extremely efficiently. They work very hard, genuinely care about our winners, and always do everything they can to process prizes as quickly as possible.
So, of course, receiving a three-star review after that is a little disappointing for the team.
