Toothpick.com Reviews

Good Afternoon Team,

We would like to leave a positive feedback for our Locum nurse Rusam Gurung who was recently here this week. She was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, punctual and had an attention to detail. In future we would like to have her more. Thank you Rusam for your amazing work. All the best.

SCAM ALERT! Toothpick.com gladly accepted my money, and my online report was "See a dentist".

They did not ask any questions nor provide Penicillin for my toothache caused by an abscess. Thanks, online Dr. Tran.

Sincerely,
Howard Venuto

annoyed that i wasn't advised i'd have to verify my phone number prior to completing the form ~ my phone was flat, so had to use someone else's number

I arranged an appointment with Ana following a recommendation from a friend and boy was I happy to have found her! She is the top professional, very knowledgable and competent. She explained clearly what was wrong with my tooth and offered several options how I could go about it. What surprised me most was how practical her advice was. She has taken into account the best treatment options that dentistry currently has to offer as well as the financial side of things and also my other commitments and plans. Finding a good dentist is so difficult so meeting Ana was a real stroke of luck!

Managed to book an appointment for the morning as have awful toothache! & have only just moved to Turriff so haven't even had time to Register with a Dentist yet! So bearing this in mind & the fact I now have an appointment! This is an amazing service & so easy to use & very fast response! Well done!!

Easy to use with a lot of options

Worst service ever! Booked an emergency dental appointment, due to a swollen abscess I only wanted antibiotics , at A F dental for 8am this morning only to arrive at the place to find it closed and unable to contact the practice. It caused more unnecessary stress and pain. In desperation I turned to pushdoctor and had
a prescription waiting in my local chemist within the hour-no fuss and a telephone number that picks up quickly if any problems arise.

Used the service for the first time - really quick and easy! Great experience, would recommend to my friends!

Seamless booking, very complete info and got an appointment 2 days from now.

Google maps is much better than this. The google reviews on google maps are much more reliable

Very quick response from hygienist to confirm appointment...

easy to book and really helpful

It'd be great to be able to sort/filter by price, but otherwise this site is great

Great customer service fast and efficiency of service was brillant

great way to find, read about and book appointments.
Fast, easy to follow and would recommend...in fact I just did, to a friend

Clear options shown for treatments available, straightforward booking system.

I find this a great app as I can choose any nearest practice available to me and choose my own appointment time to fit in my schedule without making numerous calls to various practices. Very helpful app.
