I bought a cocoon standing fireplace in 2021 and the black hood rusted. Top3bydesign replaced this hood but the same thing happened again and I haven’t been able to get a response from them since. Big shame because it has disfigured a good product.
I would have liked them to admit when they replaced it that the same thing was going to happen again, so that I could perhaps have got money back instead. The RRP was $3300.
Amazing local store with the best range of designer homewares and furniture (among other delights!) We frequently purchase gifts for people from Top3 and they are often well received and loved by friends and family. Lovely staff who are always willing to help.
The team in Richmond went out of their way to assist me. They kindly assembled my wine rack purchase. I can only say how much I appreciated their effort. The ambience in the store in most inviting.
Top3 By Design has amazing products, and equally wonderful staff who make sure that you are 100% satisfied.
Easy ordering with very quick delivery. Items are spectacular and arrived in perfect condition well packed with out any damage. Definitely recommend
Helpful staff who know their products ..

Parcel delivery was very slow to Perth and when it arrived the product was broken.
The response to replace my item has been poor and 2 weeks on I don't know what is happening
Antwoord van top3 by design
Hi Geoff,
We are so sorry to hear about your experience, I've looked into your order and can see we shipped out the order as soon as we could (the day after your order was made). I can see that it did take much longer than we would expect to get to Perth :( Our apologies for not keeping you regularly updated and in the loop.
We hope you're happy with your replacement and feel free to contact us anytime via our website live chat or email orders@top3.com.au if you have any further questions or concerns.
Kind regards,
Zac | top3 by design.
Love it here, they have a great live chat as well as in-store friendliness. Amazing quality product, very happy with my Secrid leather wallet.
