There was a data breach on top4fans on September 25, 2025 and they never told their users! All IDs of the users are in the nature. Your ID, your face pic, all that was used to verify your account, they kept it and it was stolen.
All of that is explained on Zataz (the website that reveal all data breaches). But Top4Fans never said that to us! Don't give them your infos, Top4Fans is not reliable!

They will charge you even if you are not subscribed. I was subscribed to a channel only for the month of July and canceled immediately. They charged me for the month of July- normal. However, they have the audacity to charge me again for the month of August, even I've canceled the subscription. Do not trust this site, go elsewhere for your money.

Despite fulfilling my obligations on the site, I have yet to receive my payout, which has been pending for nearly a month. My repeated attempts to contact customer service have been met with silence, as have many others who are now sharing similar experiences across social media and industry forums.

I strongly advise against joining top4fans.com or uploading any content to the site. The platform’s refusal to pay its models and its lack of professionalism make it clear that it is no longer a trustworthy option for content creators.

Additionally, if anyone knows how to report this site to the appropriate authorities or legal institutions, please share any information or guidance. It’s critical that we take action to protect others in the community who may be unaware of the situation.

J'aime beaucoup cette plateforme. C'est assez proche de OF mais aussi plus ouvert.Il y a un vrais service client.

La plateforme est super simple à utiliser, le support est hyper réactif (mention spéciale à leur équipe qui est toujours là pour aider rapidement), et surtout… je vois vraiment la différence niveau revenus !

Ich bin seit 2 Jahren auf Top4fans seit 8Monaten ist der Support nicht mehr erreichbar und ich bekomme keine Auszahlungen mehr! Videos werden weiter verkauft, aber ich bekomme keinen Cent... Über 1000€ Futsch. Wenn man auf Support drückt kommt immer Seite nicht gefunden und per Email meldet sich niemand. Hab es auch per Instagram und Twitter probiert und keine Antwort!!!!!!

Warte noch ne Woche und dann lösche ich mein Account
