Bought an Office 2021 Pro Plus voucher through Wowcher yesterday evening. Key came through via email today with receipt.
Wasn't instant like I had hoped but all good. Key worked fine and now have fully working Office 2021. Woohoo 😃

Ordered a Microsoft package via wowcher but the website said the code has already been used. Was advised to try again later on the website but still didn't work the next day. Had no luck contacting topfastkeys on the phone number or WhatsApp number. Complained to wowcher who raised an issue but there was no response from topfastkeys after 72 hours. Decided to get a refund. Pointless waste of time

Worst experience ever, I was sold a fake product, got all the way through the downloads to find the license key did not even work.

I purchased on wowcher but have not received my voucher

No Microsoft code sent after, like many on here, purchased through Wowcher.
No reply from all forms of contact Wowcher less that useless as they say contact the supplier. I’ve asked my credit card company to stop the payment but they said you have to wait a month before you can claim the money back.
How they are allowed to sell on Wowcher makes me wonder what there code of ethics are

This was the best way to get MS Office. I save hundreds of $$ by purchasing with TopFastKeys. Just email them to get my product key and they send it to me with no problems. I glad of my purchase.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I purchased a voucher for Microsoft Office Home and Business 2019 (Mac) through Wowcher but the license key has still not been sent to me. I have tried to reach out to them via phone and WhatsApp chat but have received no response. No matter how tempting their offers are, avoid at all costs!!

payed for product and after 4 days still had not received a code for my windows 10 or any replies from them messages were very short and blunt when they finally started to reply and even then they was over 24 hour replies.
phone number does not pick up infact what they did was let it ring and then message me on whatsapp 30 seconds later saying they are to busy right now to answer the phone, once they replied to my messages they told me they was sending a code over after me nagging them multiple times throughout the day.
code received and guess what it DOESNT WORK
of what a surprise i thought at this point. worst customer service in the end i gave up.
please dont be like me and the others that got ripped by this company

this is a honest genuine review and im trying to stop other people getting mugged off like me and many others have by the reviews they have. :)

Like many on here, I purchased a Microsoft license key (Windows 10 Pro) through a Wowcher deal. Installed Windows & tried the key several times.. Nothing! Key not valid. Tried calling & messaging but no one picking up the phone their end & no replies to emails requesting support or a working license key. Glad I didn’t throw more money down the toilet & purchase Office from them. Why are Wowcher still promoting & selling deals for this sham company? Are any of their 4 & 5 star reviews genuine? Off I go to Wowcher to report these phonies.

I really wish I'd checked reviews before purchasing through Wowcher. Same as everyone else, Microsoft Office bundle, no license code and no response from their "support team". It's completely put me off buying on Wowcher ever again, I don't know why they'd work with a scam of a "company".

I purchased Office but am still waiting for my product code so that I can download it. I have emailed them twice, whats app'd, tried calling several times and tried using the chat facility. They just don't answer or respond. You expect to be able to download straight away. This is now the third day.

I bought Microsoft Office 365 and got the key but it says it has been used by another account and I cant use it. Tried to contact them several times but no one answers.

I ordered ms office from wowcher. Got the wowcher code and then typed it into the top fast keys site. Then I should receive a product code. I’ve rang too fast keys several times they never pick up. Sent them a message through their contact form nothing!! Very annoying!!! Even contacting wowcher is a nightmare will never buy from either of these

I ordered an Office package that was supposed to be for a Mac. They sent me for a Microsoft. It’s been a month since and despite numerous attempts asking them to resolve it and send the correct one, they never did. Such a shame. Communication very poor and no action taken!

Ordered Windows and it did take awhile for the key to come through, but everything seems to be working fine.

If I could give zero stars I would! I purchased a windows 10 license key and they sent me one that is already in use! I couldn’t get hold of anyone at all. I have sent 7 emails, to online form submissions, rang them 15 times, WhatsApp called them 4 times and WhatsApp messaged them 6 times. AND STILL NO ONE IS REPLYING.

Like several of the reviews below… took ages and many calls/ messages to get the correct code through from them after they sent the wrong one… eventually sent the correct code.

Had already left a scathing review on here, asked to remove it with the promise of a FREE copy of 2021 home business for Mac… needless to say this did not get sent despite 2 requests for it. This review won’t be getting removed.

well how do you get hold of these people - bought a licence through voucher - when you put code in says only valid for a year when i thought i had paid for lifetime - i am reading the txt on the website now LIFETIME - their phone number rings then cuts you off - this is not customer service - BEWARE BEWARE

I purchased a license and never got the license key. Never got a reply to my emails and messages.
