This is a good broker
This is a good broker: the customer service is excellent and responds quickly, the team is friendly, and the trading platform is precise and easy to manage. I’m satisfied with the overall service and performance.
Two areas I hope they improve :
Automate transaction processing for small amounts.
Reduce commissions — they are somewhat higher compared to some other brokers.

Uploading to verify identity took a long time.. chat support didn't respond to questions about the identity.. like there was no responsibility at all? Very bad broker .. I want to log in but it keeps repeating… after I verify I’m not a robot and click log in, the same thing happens again.

TopFX is NOT SAFE
TopFX is an extremely unreliable broker. I feel completely unsafe with them. three years of having multiple trading accounts, they suddenly restricted my client area, preventing me from transferring funds between accounts. They also blocked all my trading accounts from becoming strategy providers on the cTrader platform. Terrible experience. Definitely not a safe broker! There’s a lot more I could say, but I’ll keep it brief. I have all the screenshots and recordings to support my claims. I contacted the TopFX support, but they do not want to resolve the issue.

Over 2.5 years with TopFX – Excellent service and reliability
I have been trading with TopFX for over 2.5 years now, and I have more than 10 years of trading experience overall. From my perspective, TopFX is one of the most reliable brokers I have worked with.
Their cTrader platform is very stable, user-friendly, and offers great execution transparency. Deposits and withdrawals have always been smooth and without any issues, which is something I truly value.
Customer support is excellent – very professional and responsive. My account manager has consistently been supportive and provided clear guidance whenever needed. I have also benefited a lot from their copy-trading services, which are well-structured and easy to follow.
After more than a decade of trading experience, I can confidently say TopFX stands out as a trustworthy broker with great service and a solid trading platform. Highly recommended.
