Paid £198 for a picture pendant. Looked a bit dark compared to other 925 sterling silver jewellery and the bracelet I bought from them was brighter too. The pendant has no hallmarks at all. The back isnt even closed nor is it even straight, the pendant is only 2 months old and its flaking away and tarnishing which is signs of a defective/badly made jewellery. Messaged them they accepted to fix it and it was sent and returned to me within 3 days of fixing it. After wearing it for a week it began to flake and tarnish again.

As for the bracelet, I almost lost it due to it not having enough metal on the clips to keep them secure in place. The store did fix this and now its perfect. Shouldn't this be something you check before you send it out? Or do you not care?

I wouldn't recommend this company no hallmarks, bad communication and terrible quality items.

This place is amazing I brought a pendant in for them to customise under certain circumstances I needed it doing asap they did just that had it done for me the same day and it’s absolutely amazing can’t recommend this jewellers enough customer service is the best around always helpful everytime

I simply in words can not express how amazing this jeweller is, Nero and His wife are such amazing, kind and caring people. You know with just one interaction they are very educated with Years of experience backed behind their business. I have shopped here multiple times for jewellery specifically a Silver and Moissanite Cuban and Silver Tennis chain both which I have worn hundreds of times in the gym and not one sign of wear, tear, discolouration or fading. These are not everyday pieces yet I wear them everyday with no consequences. You get what you pay for with Nero not to forget that every single purchase I have had hundreds of pounds discounted simply from the kindness of his own heart. Please don’t think twice buying and supporting his business, there’s not many people who deserve your service like this buisness does.

Nero and his wife run a very friendly and welcoming jewellery. They made my partner and I feel utterly at ease. They had endless patience with us, made suggestions based on what we liked.

I returned alone to the same welcome to purchase a ring💍
It was sized and polished within the hour, in which time I used the lovely cafe next door, on their recommendation.

Great service at Top jewellery, once I explained what I wanted they went to work creating an image for me to consider. With a little tweaking here and there, the finished ring was exactly what id imagined. They kept me updated throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience I ordered a cross pendant and without a courtesy call to about the item I received rude emails saying they don’t even have the item in stock. It would take 2-5 weeks so they are selling items they do not have! I buy gold a lot I have never had transaction refund so quickly in my life. Very frustrating as I was careful using PayPal as it was for £1658.70 they got the nerve to say you get refunded right away but PayPal take 3 days to 6 working days and it’s still not refunded I’ll get back but the fact is they sell items not in stock very rude emails stating this i personally would go to a more professional company that have items in stock and don’t just refund you without the decency to call and tell the truth.

Bought a square Byzantine chain as a gift. Nero was very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall experience was great!

Bought a belcher bracelet that was perfect, but unfortunately a little too small. I contacted their customer service and they had it exchanged for a larger size In no time at all and completely hasslefree. The customer service was outstanding and the quality of the bracelet is flawless. Couldn’t be happier.

Have ordered several items with this excellent company. The latest is a beautiful little St Christopher medallion for my wife. The items are excellent. The delivery speed is A1, and their response to emails is lightning quick. Super all round.

Very impressed with my experience overall

Ordered a silver belcher and came early in the morning the following day after being processed, attention to detail is great also and it’s definitely well worth what I paid definitely recommend and will be ordering again.

I travel from Newcastle to Birmingham every time I need a new piece of jewellery. Nero and his team have made my engagement, wedding and now eternity rings, my stepsons memory ring and they have made alterations as he’s grown with care and an attention to detail that is rare.
