The communication and follow up with sales person is not good … The price quoted and agreed upon is not the price that was quoted … My mortgage company is being billed for amounts after the premium is was paid without any notifications and explanations to me (until after the fact on one occasion and nothing as of today on the second.
… The process with the salesperson Kelly was not the optimally desirable… the contract has to be resubmitted, information communicated was not clear; as documents had to be submitted and resubmitted on quite a few instances…
I am having to spend too much time monitoring this account for errors; time i can spend attending to other important matters..
I need this matter resolved (the extra billing) with full explanation of both charges. i need the funds allocated to monarch outside of what was quoted, returned to me or the mortgage company immediately…

New Homeowners Policy
I was searching for another home owners insurance company. My previous HO's company wasn't going to insure manufactured homes anymore. I called several HO's insurance companies to get quotes. When I spoke with Kelly Barber for a quote, she was friendly and very informative on the phone. I liked her right away. After considering the policy, we decided to go with it. The price was reasonable and we actually had better coverage than with the old policy. We met at Kelly's home to discuss the policy and sign some papers. Kelly cared about our home insurance needs and was cordial and pleasant in her home. I am glad that Kelly Barber will now be our home insurance agent. Thank you Kelly for all you've done and for taking care of everything so quickly and smoothly. Thank you for answering all our questions, too.

Had a rep for a year who was great, but he suddenly departed (quit) on the day we were adding additional coverage. I was given a second agent and he was OK, until we had a claim and he was not helpful at all!
