We ordered swatches to decide exactly what colour and material we wanted, they arrived very quickly. Our bed took only 3 days from ordering to get delivered and our delivery/Assembling team Wasim and Kammi were brilliant. Polite, respectful and very efficient! Would definitely recommend Top Notch Furnishers!

The quality of the Franklin bed frame in cream is absolutely stunning they also done an amazing job putting the bed together really well fantastic service I would definitely recommend them :)

sound lads and fast delivery

I purchased a bed on Saturday, I had the bed delivered on Tuesday, very quick delivery. I have to say Topnotch service is outstanding. One thing to be aware of is the delivery company they use refuse to deliver the bed to the room of choice despite this been advertised on the website, this is the only issue I found and not a fault of topnotch, when I spoke to topnotch about this they immediately offered a £20 refund, however I said I did not want the refund as they are a small company and with the rising costs they have enough to worry about, I purely wanted to let them know for future customers.

I would highly recommend Topnotch however I would double check that the delivery company will do as stated on the website.

They were very resourceful with their time, and they were compassionate in their work. They displayed outstanding customer service. As a result leaving me with a great deal of satisfaction at the end. I would absolutely recommend their service.

The customer service was good very very quick response. I was able to delay delivery for when I needed, Saturday delivery which is rare to find. The delivery guys were amazing I chose assembly and they assembled with ease even kindly took their shoes off. Very friendly guys. Thank you. Seamless order to delivery

After doing research on which bed I'd like I finally decided on TopNotch Furnishers for it. After looking at the reviews I was a bit sceptical on purchasing as although most reviews were great there was an odd one that I was wary about. Anyway I followed through on the purchase and needless to say it went very smoothly and when I had a question for CS they were quick to respond and very helpful. I would recommend this company for quality, price and speed and good CS. Nice to write a good review of a company for once. Don't hesitate to buy. Thanks.

Absolutely delighted with my bed frame from Top Notch Furnishers. The quality is excellent and, even after having it for several months, it still looks and feels as good as new. It’s beautifully made, sturdy and really good value for the quality.

A special mention also has to go to the customer care team. I had a query which they handled brilliantly, and they genuinely went above and beyond to get everything resolved for me. Their communication and willingness to help were exceptional.

Ordered a bed from TopNotch Furnishers. Delivery was quick and the bed of excellent quality. Delivery guys were very nice and helpful as they happily helped take the bed upstairs.
Only problem I encountered was no-one was picking up the phone otherwise superb on everything else.

I am absolutely appalled by the service I have received from this company.

I paid over £2,000 for a built-in bed that hasn’t even lasted a year. Not only have parts of the bed started falling apart, but there are also exposed areas along the wall where the installation was left unfinished. Several aspects of the work were simply not completed to an acceptable standard.

I raised these issues repeatedly over the course of several months. I was assured that someone would come back to rectify the problems, yet those promises were never fulfilled. Despite the bed being covered by a warranty, no genuine effort was made to honour it or resolve the faults.

Before any attempt is made to claim that this was a different company, I will be attaching screenshots of our conversations clearly showing their company name and logo. I will also be sharing my experience in a TikTok video so others can make an informed decision before choosing this company.
