Finally got my copy of Black Ops 7 for…

Finally got my copy of Black Ops 7 for $26. Took more than 72 hours because the website doesn't tell you to accept their automated bot friend requests to get the gifts for Activision gifts from Battle.net. (I declined, so it took longer)

Response time within 24 hours is pretty meh, definitely needs to work on their support a bit. So if you prefer to wait and get your game, then this is an okay service.

i hope im not getting scammed

Hello,

I was really happy when I saw what you advertised - so I went and bought my self B07 delivery said up to 72h but on website said instant. I wasn't to happy with that but I figured the price I paid makes up for it. the friend requests came straight way and I've added them as per the instructions. 5 requests to be exact.

more than 72h have passed and more than 24h have passed since i opened a ticket (#6PZQ) no game, no reply no nothing.

Good price but decent wait time

Battle net makes you wait 72 hours to receive a code which is annoying. Then i had to wait around 12 more before I got my code. But for £9 rather than spending £40 on a game its worth it

I wanted to save a few dollars

I wanted to save a few dollars, but it ended up being more trouble than it was worth.

The purchase itself was instant, but the wait time was an eternity. I didn't receive the key and contacting support turned into another exhausting wait. I spent days chasing enough money for a game that should have taken minutes to deliver.

Save your sanity.

Bought a battle net code for bo7

Bought a battle net code for bo7, the site told it was less than 24h delivery. Currently more than 24h with any message or sign of nothing. Asked about any update in a ticket and didnt get any answer either. Not the best service I would say since I dont have my game

I'm sorry but why do I have to wait for up to 10 days for a code? Delivery service is atrocious. The product should be instant. use an other service thats reputable please.
EDIT: Added friends like Topplayer said. Still haven't received it. The wait is agonizing.

Currently 126 hours and counting... Still no game, ticket responses are horrendous, huge lack of help, non-existent help section, no contact number or live chat. I would personally avoid and never use.

Its been 160 hours by now and i havent…

Its been 160 hours by now and i havent received my product. I wrote multiple messages to their support, but no answer. I will issue a refund, if i dont get some sort answer by them.

Update:
Ive got a message by them, that they would 100% deliver my product monday, its tuesday now and still nothing.
Its 194 hours now.

I bought New cod mw4 on 07.06.

I bought COD MW4 on June 7th and accepted the invitation on June 8th. I still haven't received what I purchased.

I received my order, I think changing the rating to 3 stars would be fair.

I paid for nothing

I paid for a Diablo IV Lord of Hatred DLC. I paid on June 8th, and as of June 15th, still nothing. I accepted the Battlenet friendship on June 9th, but after days, still nothing. At this point, I'm wondering: is it a scam?
I've sent numerous emails to seek clarification, but I'm still waiting for a response to many.

Update:
It's Tuesday, June 16th, and since topplayer's response to the review, where you said I'd get the DLC within an hour, nothing has arrived yet. And it's been 8 hours. Let's see how much longer I have to wait...

Item NOT delivered

Delivery time says 72-96 hours, and as of 15th June, I am at 150 hours with nothing (a full week), and they didn't respond to any of my support tickets either. I placed my order on the 8th.

I have escalated the issue with Kinguin, and I hope they ditch this merchant as soon as they can based on the other reviews here.

The only "new staff" they are hiring is ChatGPT to respond on this website too which is frankly just insulting.

Delivered with a “little delay”

They didn’t not deliver what I paid for in the window of 96 hours and no response from the support.

I would rate this seller with 0 but it’s not possibile.

AVOID.

EDIT: Surely they did their best to deliver even if I received my game in one week.

Delivery window missed, no product

Was promised a 72-96 hour delivery window. Currently 115 hours in, and no sign of progress.
Last night after the latest delivery time was missed I opened a ticket, no response to that yet either.

As others mentioned the FAQ, Help Center, ToS and several other parts of the website do not function. Opening a ticket works, but if delivery windows are being missed so consistently, a lot of negative reviews could be avoided by just communicating clearly.

I hope I'll be able to update this review once I actually receive the product, but even then this store could do with a lot of improvements.

EDIT:
I have now received the product as ordered. I honestly wouldn't have minded the wait if the seller was transparent about it before the purchase. A little transparency goes a long way.

Edit this has now been resolved it just took alot longer than they said. If they were honest with the turn arpund times this could be better

Like other reviewers have stated, you’re not going to get the battle net gift in 96 hours…. But it didn’t take a week or 10 days either. We got ours at the 104 hour mark. Not bad but not ideal… this isn’t a bird feeder ordered on Amazon where you don’t care if it comes tomorrow or in two weeks. It’s a highly anticipated purchase. I would highly suggest TopPlayer.gg update their communications to indicate their current backlog and state an average current delivery window above actual so as to set the bar low and if they come in sooner…. GREAT!!
