I've been on the platform for over 10 years as both a developer and designer and I've never had the need to try other platforms. The matching process is high-level and the projects are high-level, too. And all of the in-between (contracts, payment, etc.) is taken care of and smooth, so you can focus on the stuff you do best.

I joined Totpal in 2019 and found it to be a far more superior platform compared to its competitors, of course no place is perfect and it was hard finding jobs in the recent years due to high competition and lack of jobs, but if you are a talented developer, I'd recommend joining and looking for job on Toptal, I'm sure you're gonna like it better than competitor websites.
