Excellent Service

I was pleasantly surprised by the speed at which the transfer took effect. It took just 1 day for the transfer to take place. It is a very good, reliable and useful service for foreign currency transfer.

There was no currency of KZ tenge, shame not to include!

Amazing service, Marcos was knowledgeable, patient and attentive and helped us get our money overseas at the best possible rate as smoothly as possible and always made time to answer our questions. Would highly recommend.

What a stress free experience we have just had with Tor Fx.We wish to thank Edward, our account manager, for his professionalism in guiding us through the process. Our bank, one of the big four, tried to encourage us to use them when we phoned to increase our limit for a one off transfer. “ be very careful when using a company for the first time” was their advice.Initially we were a little reticent but decided to go ahead with TOR Fx. We transferred the funds to them at 10 am and we were notified that the funds had been forwarded to the UK one hour later. The recipient notified us at 6pm that afternoon that the funds had arrived(bearing in mind it was 8 am UK time) GREAT SERVICE. The cream on the cake was - 593 pounds more than the bank rate. We will use TOR Fx again. Many thanks Edward.

I’ve used TorFx in the UK and it was efficient and reliable. Now back in Australia I contacted the Australian side of TorFx and Debbie my new account manager and her customer service manager were a delight to deal with.

I needed to move money from NZ to Australia. I decided to go with TorFX and I was impressed, albeit very nervous as it was my first time sending a lot of money to my daughter. Dealing with Thomas the online account manager was great, all the staff I interacted with were great. If you are looking for an agent to move your funds, look no further as I recommend TorFX.

The staff were very responsive to both emails and telephone contact. Once the conversions were in process there was regular communication to confirm receipt as well as transfers across to our account.
