Easy, quick and efficient

I have used TORFX several times over the past few years to transfer money to and from Australia and New Zealand. The service offered is quick and easy to use and staff are easy to contact for assistance. Daniel has assisted me a couple of times now and I just contact him when I need to transfer money.

Responsive and supportive. Throughout the process I understood clearly and informatively from the beginning through to the end what was needed, how it would proceed to achieve my desired outcome.

Great experience from my initial enquiry through to sending the money. Phoebe was incredibly patient and helpful especially when I had issues with my bank. She always answered my calls or called me back promptly. I can’t thank her enough for her outstanding customer service.

I was very unsure about transferring a large amount of money from one country to another ,but the team at TorFX were with me when ever needed ,explained clearly the procedure and checked I had received my monies.
