Beware! Items are not as shown/described. Got totally ripped off.

Do not order from this place. The owners name is hidden . Your product is coming from China. Poorly packaged and no base to set the flying fairy on. The phone number to call comes up as a place in Oregon . The Toronto address is false. Quality is Poor. The email address will get you a response. Cancelled my credit card after I ordered and did not try to return because I didn't want this sketchy company to have my credit card information.

I order Rim Protector but is not as per the description and I came to know product is from China which I can buy for 7 to 9 dollars but I paid $34 plus tax because I thought it is Canadian product. When I complain I got this reply " We are sorry to know about the situation. Our Refunds and Returns Policy are only applicable for products that arrived damaged or defective."When I apply the product on my rims it came off within 3 days one by one. This is unacceptable and I am regret buying from them. They are scammer and not Canadian. Beware from them . If you want to be continue in the market improve your reputation or forget it.

I ordered a product that looked completely different on their website than it did when it arrived. Why are they selling products they don’t actually have? When I wrote inquiring about a refund, I got a message back stating that they don't give refunds unless the product is defective. There policy states that “the basic premise of a refund will be that the product is defective and not as per the product description mentioned on the website's product page”. This company doesn’t have the right to edit a product photo and completely lie about the product and then refuse to give a refund. As far as I’m concerned they are scammers and I will be reporting them.

I ordered a product that looked completely different on their website than it did when it arrived. The description given does not match the product AT ALL. When I wrote inquiring about a refund, I got a message back mentioning the importance of supporting a small business. I understand this, but it doesn’t give a small buisness the right to edit a product photo and completely lie about the product material, fit, etc.

It’s a scam! They said my credit card was declined. There was no email confirming the order. BUT my credit card was charged immediately!!!
Had to call and cancel my card!!

Not a canadian company at all. Charged us dollars for products and company is right out of China. The cheapest looking products you have ever seen. They will not refund any money at all even if product is not what you ordered. If you order from this company. Remember You are giving money Way free.

There is no way that Torontomarketshop can improve !!
They are NOT in Toronto, unless there is a Toronto in China!!
Their products are cheaply made and do not live up to their described description and photos. Forget their warranty and they will not honour it and allow you to return ANY item. Ignore the 5**** reviews as they must be fake instead read all of the other reviews and be warned if you choose to go ahead despite these reviews.

snap on product.....it is SCAM and rip off....the product is so cheap and looks so fake and the customer service so rude and refused to return product and apply refund.DO NOT BUT FROM THEM TRUST ME

HORRIBLE!
I ordered 2 drawing tablets as Christmas gifts last year. They arrived late AND, were nothing at all like the photos or description. In the photos, they appeared substantial and a good size; in reality, they were very very small and cheaply made.
They went directly into the garbage.

That online retailer is based in China, I ordered glasses and received a knockoff product which doesn’t even resembles what I ordered.
The “customer service” is useless

I ordered 3 pairs of solar lanterns (because I needed 6). Three lanterns arrived, all in a state requiring minor repair. I asked for my 3 missing lanterns, and was told that they could not ship them to me (note that they are still for sale on the website), but they would offer me a 50% refund for the missing lanterns.

But three lanterns are not useful for me, so I asked for a full refund. Refused. Useless Company. Oh, and they are not actually based in North America, let alone Toronto. My shipment came from Singapore.

I will never be shopping here agian and will make sure everyone I tell everyone I know to avoid this scam company.

Anyone want three lanterns?

Was worried by the negative reviews when I was advised that the product I ordered was being sent from China, but I received updates on the shipping, and the product was delivered within 10 days of my ordering by Canada Post. Not bad. Also, the product itself was very satisfactory.

Snap On Veneers. BEAWARE they are terrible. They look like something you get from a joke shop and wear for halloween. Now I am asking for a refund they are denying me because I do not have the order number. I was NOT given any other number than the one I gave them. They state they will issue FULL REFUND but they wont. I was not expecting real veneers but something that I could wear.

They are located in China. They are making fakes websites staring toronto. New York Vancouver and they ship everything from China. You won't get your product. I reported them to bbb.

I would give this company 0 stars but not an option. Ordered heated gloves as a Christmas gift on Dec. 2. Never arrived. When I inquired, was told it would take 5-10 business days to track. Assuming they are computerized, not sure why it would take so long. This company is not in Toronto, all their stuff comes from China. They offered a straight refund, or a reorder or credit note plus 10% discount. Is this company desperate to keep my money or what? No idea about customer retention or loyalty. No attempt to make it right. Don't waste your time or money!!

So, they call themselves Toronto Market Shop to entice Canadian shoppers & to give the impression that they are a local shop. Everything ships directly from China and it TAKES A LONG TIME ... The tracking information has an icon of a plane, but it's on a boat, no question about it, as no plane has enough fuel to stay in the air for so many weeks. I would be OK if they were up front about it, but they are not.

J'ai commandé un robot pour mon fils. J'ai bel et bien reçu un robot. MAIS PAS CELUI QUE JE VOULAIS. J'ai payé 140$ pour une version bas de gamme qui en coûte 60 $ sur Amazon. Retourner le colis supposemment retournable selon la police affichée? Il sont à mes frais et ça coûte 170$ même si j'ai pas ouvert le colis. Je me suis fait avoir pas à peu près. Rien à faire selon Mastercard. J'ai recu ce qui est décrit. Un robot . Pas le bon robot mais un robot. N'achetez pas là. C'est une succursale de Aliexpress. Les photos ne garantissent pas que vous allez recevoir l'item tel que vu.
Encouragez local qui disait. PLUS JAMAIS TORONTOMARKETSHOP pour moi ça c'est sûr à vie!!!

I ordered a robot for my son. I did receive a robot. BUT NOT THE ONE I WANTED. I paid $ 140 for a low end version which costs $ 60 on Amazon. Return the supposedly returnable package according to the displayed policy? They are at my expense and it costs $ 170 even if I have not opened the package. I got screwed pretty much. Nothing to do according to Mastercard. I have received what is described. A robot . Not the right robot, but a robot. Don't buy there. It is a branch of Aliexpress. Photos do not guarantee that you will receive the item as seen.
Cheer on local who said. NEVER TORONTOMARKETSHOP AGAIN for me that's for sure for life !!!

They have a guarantee right in plain site on their website that says if you’re not happy with the product you bought from them they’ll refund you, but it’s not true. They don’t honour their guarantee. Do not buy from this place.

This is a bad company. I bought a product that came from China, which normally is fine, but the instructions were horribly translated and made no sense. I can’t use the product without proper instructions and they are refusing to refund me so I’m out $72 and stuck with a crappy product I can’t use. They’re business practice is shady. Clearly they need the money if they’re scamming people like this. Shameful.
