Terrible hotel
Terrible hotel. Do not stay. If I could give 0 stars I could.
On arrival we where welcomed by a man who told us the hotel has a non smoking policy, despite all arround us smelled of weed. And he told us the reception shuts at 10 and only a phone for contact.
Reception area was realy dirty, no restaurant, only empty and dirty hall. No explanation where our rooms where. All arround the hotel is full with young man just lurking arround. No idea if it's refugee hotel or homeless shelter. All through the night doors where slamming, smell of weed keep coming to our rooms. We went out for a meal came back just after 10and could not go into the hotel. Non of the codes who where given to us where working. Eventually a man came along and open the front door for us. Shour tray was filling up, dirty and hot rooms. And by 12 at night we had enough and left to go to premier inn in town and book 2 more rooms for restful stay. Tryed to complain through booking.com who just ignored me.
DO NOT STAY THERE IF YOU ARE WITH CHILDREN.
