Avoid at all cost! As soon you complete the job they won't pay invoices and will stop replying to any messages or emails

We contacted several property maintenance companies regarding an urgent issue that required immediate attention before the end of the business day. Unfortunately, none of the firms we approached were able to assist within the required timeframe.

I was the only person available to them sent them an invoice not been paid blank all my emails so now I have no choice but to either put them in court or go and see the tenants of the property and try and get them to pay Avoid these people at all costs

Avoid at any cost if you are a landlord or a tradesmen. As soon as you complete the job for them, they will stop any communication whatsoever and won't pay you unless you threaten them to take legal actions.
