It was overall a good experience. The only thing I would say needs improving is the for information to be in detail what days were on an not in what we're doing an what we need to start the course.

I enjoyed the morning Team sessions, and friendly environment and energy that came with it. The PowerPoints were always very useful and given daily, made easy to follow. The tutor was also encouraging, engaging, and was there anytime for extra support. Onefile was a clean and easy place to answer and send all questions and learning journals through onto. Overall it was a good experience that I would recommend.

Martin is a great teacher and makes everything understandable. He gives good advice for what to revise and prepare in the days before the test.

I went into this course the first day quite nervous, and it was clear others felt the same but our tutor martin was quick to create a calm friendly atmosphere, a very knowledgeable and approachable guy, he doesn't waste time, straight to the point but always willing to give his time to anyone who needs a more thorough explanation or help with anything else, overall brilliant experience !

My experience has been great from start to finish; my tutor Martin has been an excellent support system and I couldn’t fault him. The course itself has allowed me to gain knowledge and increase my skillset, where I wouldn’t have been able to before. I look forward to seeing what opportunities come my way with my Level 2 Business Admin qualification.

Total Training Provision delivered a professional, well-organised course from start to finish. The support was excellent, the training was engaging, and everything was explained clearly. Total training taught me Business Administration very well

Disorganised,free so I suppose I got what I paid for
I enrolled on the autism awareness course may 26
Had initial phone registration where I was told the device I had was sufficient to complete the course
Then nothing for ages
They could have left a message if it was on voicemail one. Checked next time I was contacted with a message was 3/6/26
Suddenly I was doing the course all great apart from I couldn’t complete the work as my laptop wouldn’t charge up,as I stayed on the initial registration
I have Asd myself I was completing this course to fill in the gaps of my knowledge
I also have two children 14/18 that I support I only know what relates to us and people I know with Asd
I had no problem completing this course or the work load involved
I am high functioning I have completed many courses the work was not a problem just the fact I couldn’t complete it

Dave my tutor wasn’t very organised either
Instead of asking people for guesses to questions like I’ve experienced in the past I felt like I was answering every question which made the lessons drag

I stated I did not want to continue (end of the day of not enjoying something there’s no point in me doing it)
My portfolio was updated blaming me for wanting to leave the course as I was too distracted
I’m nice I did state that it wasn’t Dave’s fault and I was distracted when my son came home one time for high school after his last exam
But I also stated I wasn’t set up to even start the course

I called the helpline number to have them change the reason as this company holds blame as well
I’m still waiting for the update so I sign the exit form and leave
Barucally my experience was a mess from start to finish and Im sorry but I wouldn’t recommend this company for anyone to complete any course with

I'd like to begin by stating that I did a Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship. It began off great, absolutely lovely tutor named Rachel, who went above and beyond in everything. Closer to the end had a couple of hiccups, which, when addressed, were met with understanding, responsibility and the willingness to change. The response I got after this restored my trust in this company, and I can truly say I would recommend them. The course itself was excellent, and I am very satisfied as a result.

Gained a lot of knowledge from my training course, Martin Rowles was extremely helpful and good to get on with and passed my cscs training

I’d like to share how much I’ve appreciated working with my tutor coach. She has been incredibly adaptable and always takes the time to explain things in a clear and supportive way. What really stands out is how well she adjusts her approach to suit the way I work and learn, which has made the whole experience much more effective and encouraging.

Her hard work and commitment truly show in everything she does. It’s clear that her heart is genuinely in this role, and that dedication makes a real difference. I’m very grateful for the support, patience, and effort she puts into helping me progress.

My experience on the CSCS course was good and the tutor Ian was brilliant, very good at getting all the knowledge out to the lads

I enjoyed it ian the tutor was great and easy to understand he made sure we understood what was being asked of us and id recommend him to anyone

I attended the cscs bootcamp and had Mike as a tutor and he was excellent and explained everything very clearly and was top notch tutor. Would recommend Mike 👍🏽

I attended the Chester bootcamp, the training was brilliant and the tutor Mike King was absolutely brilliant, really knowledgeable, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
