Overall a very enjoyable course, very informative and well delivered. Would certainly consider TS for future training needs.

The training facility is an old Mill which is nice to see it being repurposed, but this dies mean the welfare facilities are tired and as they are shared very dirty! the fridge needs taking to the tip it was disgusting, easy fix though but does need sorting.

Great place to do all your electrical courses, The team is amazing from Administration to Tutors, they will do everything to help you pass the course. I've completed, Level 3, 18th Edition, 2391-52 with Total Skills. With no experience in the electrical field, i struggled a little bit with 2391 but the team helped to make me understand and passed the course. Next step is NVQ and EV course.

I recently completed my Level 2 Electrical Installation course and had a great experience from start to finish.

The flexible structure worked perfectly around my job, allowing me to study at my own pace and properly understand the content. The weekend practical sessions were a huge advantage.

The tutors were excellent throughout. Their guidance, attention to detail, and support during the practical sessions really built my confidence.

From day one through to assessment, the standard of teaching was first class. I felt well prepared going into each of the exams and the practical assessment, achieving strong results across all areas.

I’d highly recommend this course to anyone looking to get into the electrical industry.

I have to say my experience at Total Skills was excellent . I took the 2391-52 course , and throughout Richard and Kris were both brilliant in teaching the theory side and practical skills required in order to have the best chance of passing this tough course . Lucy was also brilliant and a really nice lady keeping the
office side of things running smoothly . If you want to give yourself a great chance of completing the 2391-52 course Total Skills is the place to go ! I am now also going back to book on a different course as my experience was so good !

Total skills where very supportive and helpful. Especially Lucy, Chris and Richard. Everyone was doing their best to support you through the course, overall a great experience.

I have now attended Total Skills for the Large Scale EV and the combined PV & EESS courses and have had a brilliant experience! The course content was delivered well, with practical demonstrations to vary the learning and providing context. The pace was good and the lecturers are clearly knowledgeable in these areas. I will definitely be returning for any additional training that Totals Skills offer!

With changes in the industry, with new technology's this was one of the must have qualifications, as soon as your in the training centre your put at ease, for most our experience of written Exams were well in the past, but professional training and help where required was given. Getting us all ready for the exams and knowledge to go into the real world with.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and the training centre was very professional thanks again 👍🏻

Done my Level 2 and 3 diploma, 18th and nvq with this company and they were great, have great online education and portfolio system making your life very easy.

I joined Total Skills’ two-day Solar course and came away with a lot of useful, practical knowledge. We installed solar panels at their test facility, worked with MC4 connectors, and were introduced to hybrid and islanding systems (very clear explanation by the instructor!) I also got some exposure to EasyPV for basic design. As the only female participant, I was nervous at first, but the instructor was very friendly and the training created a comfortable, inclusive (EDI) environment. I strongly recommend this course to any solar enthusiast who wants a simple yet holistic introduction to Solar PV with real hands-on experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed the course, Rich and Kris both made the experience as painless as possible.
The material was covered comprehensively and I felt well prepared for the assessment. Use the course materials prior to get yourself prepped.

Completing my 2365 Level 3 Electrician training at Total Skills has been a tremendous experience. This is true all the way back to my Level 2 training with them. The tutors are incredibly supportive, and I especially appreciate their flexibility during practical sessions. They are never strict with timing and don't mind waiting a little longer for me to complete my tasks, even when their shift is technically over. That kind of selflessness means a lot, and I truly appreciate it. I'll be completing my 18th Edition and Inspection & Testing with Total Skills immediately. Big thumbs up to Kris—I owe you a cuppa!

I've just completed my Level 2, Level 3 and 18th Edition with Total Skills. The training team are knowledgeable and helpful, and the admin side efficient and quick to answer any questions or help out with classroom and exam session bookings. Overall it's been a great experience.

Just a note to extend my thanks to the TS Team and Richard for his time and patience passing on his knowledge and providing me with a greater understanding of all aspects of the EV world.

Whilst I had a reasonable understanding I really enjoyed getting a deeper understanding of the design aspect. It was an intense 4 days of learning but Richard’s teaching skills made it an enjoyable experience.
