This is a subscription. Not a gift for answering a survey. After the fact, they are refunding my money. I am very thankful for that!

Very responsive within minutes regarding cancellation of my subscription

Cancelled immediately when I asked.

I found an unauthorized debit charge in my bank statement. After interrogating my grandkids, I discovered one of my granddaughters had used my card without my knowledge or consent. This company didnt have to, but they OFFERED to, reimburse me. I didn't ask them to, I just wanted to know how to cancel the subscription she had opened. I am so impressed and grateful They went above and beyond to make things right!! Please give them your business!! Customer service is stellar!

I checked my account and it was another charge on my account. I have been saying since March that I never signed up for a subscription and me reaching out to your support team fell on death ears. You don't continue to steal money from someone when they say cancel a subscription. It is supposed to be canceled immediately and money refunded. It's sad that I had to threaten the company with the better business bureau just so they can return all my money.

Subscriptions was easy to cancel.

The problem was solved quickly but it never should have happened to begin with. I was charged for a membership I never signed up for up which is why the 3 stars. I was asked to update my review to 4 stars in order to resolve my case and get my refund for something I never signed up for. However the escalation team responded promptly and solved the issue so 5 stars to the team.

This company was very prompt with cancelling my subscription and refunded my money in timely manner. This company will take care of you when errors have occur with your subscription. Thanks

I didn't subscribe to this to begin with and I damn sure didn't authorize for yaw to keep taking money out of my account

The escalation team's very helpful. They helped me cancle my subscription with ease. They also will refund my money. Just watch when you click on an add i got charged for a whole bunch of other adds to.
