Scammers, sold me a crappy equipment that wont even move, full of defects, leaking oil everywhere, refuse to send a replacement even when i told them i would pay for all the shipping fees for the return, promised parts that never arrived, after 30 days they didn't care anymore, file a claim as fast as you can, dont trust them

I have ordered several RC products from Toucan. Some shipped right away and some took a week or more to ship. Obviously, the items I bought from the Chinese warehouse take a while to arrive due to overseas shipping and customs clearance. Whenever I have a question, they have responded. Keep in mind, answers come from China so there is a significant time difference. I made a mistake when I ordered a couple 7000mah batteries because I ordered them with the wrong connector. I sent a message informing them of that fact and was greatly surprised when I received a response that they noticed my mistake and corrected it prior to shipping the batteries. I have been in communication with their customer service rep named Lucas and he has always responded in a timely manner.

Habe mir dort einen 1/16 RC Panzer gekauft und bin begeistert. Trotz Zölle und Steuern immer noch um vieles günstiger als in Österreich. Super Service, sehr schneller Versand (gemessen an Luftfracht, Zoll, und Weiterleitung bis zu mir nach Hause). Aftersales Service einfach nur traumhaft und unkompliziert via mail und Video. Ich kann nur positives berichten, alles prima!

Toucanhobby schickte mir einen RC-Truck, der nicht durch den Zoll kam. Erst nach ewigen Diskussionen über ihre Plattform erstatteten sie mir 80 % des Kaufpreises.
Keinen Truck zu bekommen hat mich Geld und sechs Wochen Nerven gekostet - wenn irgendwo das Toucanhobby Logo drauf ist, lasse ich die Finger vom Kauf.

Ich habe bereits 5 Modelle bei Jackson Lee gekauft. Alles lief perfekt. Und der Service ist Top 👍🏻. Ich kaufe immer wieder dort und bin sehr zufrieden. Danke für alles.

This is my first time shopping abroad. I purchased the Kabolite K5901 100S and did not use any freight forwarding from Toucan Hobby China Mainland to Indonesia. However, Lulu Tracy helped prove that our transaction was okay, and she also gave me a discount. I hope I can become a regular customer in the future.

My Hydraulic RC Bulldozer's drive gear broke down & the thin washer was busted. I contacted Toucanhobby support & they immediately sent me a replacement part (thin washer)with an extra brushless drive motor. I'm very happy with their customer service.

From start of a custom build and all through the process and then a final operation video before I would say yes, good to go! Customer service is super good and answered all my questions from start and even throught the build when I may change my mind on something? There were very good to answer all my demands and everytime it is excellant work by all team members!

I purchased the R920 JDM model excavator for 1375 but with shipping I paid nearly 1500. It came quickly but the top hydraulic cylinder came broken. And the hydraulic line fittings for the same cylinder were broken off from shipping as well. I sent pictures and they said they would send replacement parts. It's been over 3 months and I haven't received any parts and no communication. I'm very disappointed...actually somewhat mad. I have a 1500 dollar paper weight, and the people at tucan hobby couldn't care less. Buy from someone else.

WARNING: If you buy from this company, you will go into old age from endless waiting, no matter what you pay you will still wait at least over a month for even so called in stock items, this company messed about with me twice despite paying large amount for DHL shipping it still took them over 12 days to ship it and still messed up the export papers which resulted in return of shipment, then after a month I decided to give them one last chance laying out my terms, and guess what endless excusse even after 12 days of paying, so I decided this company is not fit for business, and I shall now purchase from elsewhere and maybe order something from Torro directly.

High prices, disrespectful customer service. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else

I've ordered 4 RC tanks and a plethora of parts from Toucan Hobby. I always wrote honest reviews for the products, some were good, some were bad. However, I began noticing that they were deleting my bad reviews, so I'd re-submit via Trustpilot. Then, several months later, I noticed they disabled being able to post and even look at reviews. I find that a company that won't accept honest feedback and stand behind their customers and their opinions isn't worthy of my business.
My purchasing experiences with Toucan was mixed, starting in October of 2024 through March 2025. They were difficult to deal with when something went wrong such as the time they forgot to include parts with one of my orders. They would use their broken English to delay, redirect, and attempt to frustrate me to the point of giving up. Although it would sometimes take 2 to even 3 months to rectify an issue, persistence usually paid off. Ince March, I've stopped doing business with them.
The challenge is that Toucan seems to be one of the few companies that produce and support this niche hobby of RC tanks and other vehicles. Some US-based companies such as MotionRC are great, but don't carry near the parts as Toucan. DKLMRC is not bad, but also have limited part availability.
Your experience may vary with Toucan Hobby, just don't expect much from their customer support. I would have thought that a customer spending thousands of dollars would have been treated a little better, but I'm probably just a drop in their bucket and am insignificant. I do not recommend Toucan Hobby or any other company who deletes negative reviews or disables them from their website.
