My experience with Touchstone Wealth…
My experience with Touchstone Wealth Limited has involved a number of serious concerns, including high-pressure sales tactics, lack of transparency, and incomplete handling of personal data, which has resulted in escalation to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
During the sales process, I felt pressured into making payments despite raising over 19 concerns about the service, which were not properly addressed. Contract terms were only provided after payment had been taken, which raised concerns about transparency and clarity of the agreement.
I have also submitted a Subject Access Request (SAR) for my personal data. While some information was provided, key call recordings—particularly the call on 14 November 2025 during which payments were taken—have not been included. The explanation provided for the missing data has not been fully clear, and the matter remains unresolved.
I also experienced a difficult and time-consuming dispute process with credit card providers in order to recover funds.
I strongly advise others to ensure they fully understand all terms before making any payment, and to keep detailed records of all interactions.
This matter is ongoing and has been escalated to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) for review.

First 1-1 with Rob Cottingham
I did my first 1-1 with Rob Cottingham the other day after seeing him on a number of Q+A's I attended. I liked his manner so it was great to finally get to speak with him one to one to discuss my long term goals and desired outcomes. Rob is a genuinely nice bloke as well as being very knowledgable in property and supportive. We bonded over music as well which kept things real and it was reassuring to know that we shares the same thoughts on strategies and that he was in the same position as me only a few years ago. Starting on this road is scary but he settled my mind by reiterating on a number of occasions that a belief that success is possible by believing it can happen and by taking it one step at a time and that there is always support available from the wider Touchstone community. I'd highly recommend Rob.

I had me first 1-2-1 with Nicky on the…
I had me first 1-2-1 with Nicky on the 10th April and she is amazing. Having only been with the WA for a month i suffered a personal family trauma which has left me with little time for anything else. A lot of stress, anxiety and worry and I was on the verge of walking away as I have not had any time to progress through the learning and after reading many of the fantastic journeys in the Whatsapp groups of others I felt quite inadequate. Nicky reassured me that this is my journey and to take it at my own pace. She was also very supportive regarding my situation, gave me some small goals to focus on and encouraged me to continue. She is amazing. After my call with Nicky I recweievd a further call from Jenny to check in on me, again offering support when I needed it.
Two amazing ladies and I cannot speak highly enough of them!

I am looking to get hold of contact provided get another look at other more efficient ways of incorporating. The only downside is that 30 mins is almost always too short to cover everything in great detail (hence 4* (5* to John))

Highly recommend Nicky Budworth at TE
I have been with Touchstone for 6 months now, I've found the courses have value, but what has made the biggest difference for me was finding a coach I connected with. This is a big journey, big commitment, I wanted to speak with as many coaches as possible in the beginning, in order to absorb as much knowledge as possible and make a good impression. But ultimately I found the most rewarding coaching was being consistent with the coach I click with - Nicky Budworth. Participants are only ever removed from sessions where chat activity becomes disruptive to the wider group. While questions and different viewpoints are always welcome, we do have guidelines in place to ensure everyone can learn in a focused and respectful environment. Not every part of a session will resonate with everyone, but it’s important that the experience remains constructive for all attendees.
In terms of the broader comments, our sessions are educational. We do introduce optional paid programmes for those who want more structured support, and this is communicated transparently throughout. There is no obligation to continue, and many attendees simply take value from the training itself.
