We had an excellent holiday in Brazil thanks to the organisation and helpfulness of the TourCompass staff. We had a three venue holiday and everything was on point. All our local guides were helpful, punctual and friendly. Our hotels were great and in good locations. We would highly recommend TourCompass and will definitely use them again.

Outstanding experience from start to finish.

From the very first point of contact, everything was professional, well-organised, and thoughtfully planned. Communication was clear and prompt, making it easy to know exactly what to expect before the tour even began.

The itinerary was perfectly balanced, allowing us to see and experience so much while still having time to enjoy each location properly. Everything ran smoothly and on time, and it felt safe, relaxed, and well thought out throughout.

Just a one thing to point out is the flight connection. We had very short time to catch another flight and had to run.

I would absolutely book with this company again and recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality, reliable, and enriching tour.

Returned a few days ago from “Highlights of Colombia” private tour. Great itinerary, very good hotels, lots of flexibility/time to do things independently (not overly constrained by included tours/excursions). Smooth and efficient pick-ups and transfers. Very responsive local support. Very competitive pricing (even after allowing for what’s included or not) - cheaper than escorted small group tours, despite being a private tour (albeit off-the-shelf, not tailor-made). This was our second time with TourCompass and very likely to book again, if they have the right destination/tour.

The trip was very well organised. The local guides were all lovely and were very knowledgeble of their local area. The standard of the hotels was good. We opted for 1 upgrade which was at Koh Samui, due to some negative recent reviews.

We went to Sri Lanka with Tourcompass. It was the best time and so well organised.
The places we went to and the sights we visited. The tour guide was brilliant and had so much knowledge. Would never use another tour company as Tourcompass always do it better.

I would like to thank tour compass for the most amazing holiday in Kenya you exceeded my expectations everything was absolutely perfect, the accommodation Diamonds at Diani was just amazing fantastic friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help you, and well the food was just outstanding but that was the beach not what I came to Kenya for, on to my Safari my guide is likley one of the best in Kenya Lynus @sightssafari what can I say he was warm friendly right from the moment we met him we were lucky just my husband and I with Lynus for our 4 full days he was outstanding he took us on the best game drives we could ever ask for around the 3 parks his knowledge of the animals and birds was phenomenal, we so the most amazing sights the big 5 just missed the Rhino as they were just released into the park as we left, but some of the highlights 11 Lion cubs, a colition cheetah kill not for the faint hearted but a once in a life time experience, and the most majestic Elephants Zebra buffalo, but what was amazing was seeing this beautiful country and wow is it beautiful, met the Masi tribe and watched them moving there herd to Tanzania, I saw tiny villages and lots of children and all the investment from the chinese into there motorway to help connect Tsavo to Amboseli. Honest tour compass from booking to end of my hoilday you were amazing, your app was so informative before i left but on my travel days it just got better you gave clear updates about my flights and gates you were just perfect, I will recommend you to everyone and will be booking will you again as you made mine and my husbands dreams become a reality....tip to anyone coming on Safari bring sweeties, lollies for the village children

Tourcompass made everything so easy and as a result we enjoyed a perfect introduction to Vietnam. Organisation, travel, hotels and all guides were all brilliant!
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and use their services again.

First of all, great communication with staff on the lead up to our holiday, answering any questions we had.
Secondly the holiday itself (Tanzania and Zanzibar), unbelievable experience on the safaris, we had an expert guide all week, Issa Dubat, who has an awesome knowledge of when and where to get the best sightings of the animals and of course the information about every species. Spotted the big 5 no problem. He was excellent and made our experience feel personal.
Our second week in Zanzibar was fantastic, superb hotel, Ocean Paradise, staff, accommodation and food were amazing. Overall, the best holiday I have ever had.

Everything from start to finish was incredible. We did the jungle tour or Thailand and it was amazing. The service from the partners was top notch and the hotels were lovely. Would highly recommend

TourCompass provided a first class service from initial contact through to completing our trip. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The App containing our itinerary, travel documents and information and tips for travel in Mexico was invaluable. We encountered a small issue with our travel between cities, however this was resolved quickly and efficiently by the team. Highly recommend TourCompass for anyone who wants a more personalised and 'off the beaten track' holiday/ adventure. Will be booking my next trip with them soon.

Well planned tour to see the highlights of Vietnam, good guides, all travel plans ran smoothly, good accommodation and good communication from the company. It was a really fabulous trip and would recommend it.

An amazing 16 days in Thailand.
TourCompass took control of the entire itinerary. Flights, connections, pick ups, transfers, guides, Tuk Tuk, mini bus and speed boats.
You name it, they had it covered.
I’ve never worried less about my suitcase and its ability to follow me around the far East.
We visited Bangkok, Canchunburri, Ayutthaya and Koh Samet.
Yes, the first two thirds of the itinerary were fairly full on, and you had to be up early to get out and about to see all the amazing locations and sights, but that’s the point!
We added extra excursions to our itinerary, so that probably made it a little more hectic, but my goodness, it paid dividends.
Pack in as much as you can.
We were so lucky. We had a private tour guide for much of our trip, which was amazing. Completely focused on our wants and needs, ‘Tony’ was amazing.
The night time street food tour by Tuk Tuk with him was great. The night food market in Ayutthaya was even better. I recommend the river shrimp and Boat Noodles!
The visit to The Death Railway / Bridge Over The River Kwai and allied forces cemetery was food for thought.
Our stay at the Hintok River Camp was exceptional. A chance to reflect and shred a meal fellow travellers after a challenging day was wonderful. What a place.
The following day, we travelled to The Jungle Rafts on the river. This is a location that you’d expect Sir David Attenborough to report from. It is quite frankly extraordinary.

On to Ayutthaya for some culture and temples, which were great, before the final leg to Koh Samet for the final 6 days of r&r.
Trust me when I say, if you have the opportunity to extend any kind of beach stay here, do it!

A fabulous Costa Rica experience with TourCompass. This was the first time I had used the company and would definitely do so again. From the start of the booking they were helpful, informative about the country and very swift to respond to queries. The holiday itself was an amazing experience taking in so many different parts of Costa Rica with excellent knowledgeable guides. Every aspect ran smoothly, the hotels were great and transfers were always punctual and well-organised. Thank you for providing us with an unforgettable holiday!

Been to South Africa three times with them and have been very happy with everything each time.

A very well thought out itinerary which included not just the well known sites but lots of experiences and visits to villages, craft workshops etc which gave great insights into what life is like for the local people. Our guides were great and made us feel safe and comfortable. The hotels were very good and well located.

Everything was perfect for our budget the hotels the tours the agenda the flights. I will definitely use Tour Compass again.

First time using Tour Compass. The multi-destination holiday was made easy with great representatives meeting us at each location and remaining our point of contact until we left. All had good English and were very knowledgeable. Special thanks to Suzie in Hanoi and Dan and Jimmy in HCMC. All hotels were well located and very comfortable. The highlight was Boutique Hoi An hotel on the beach in Hoi An! Despite the beach having been washed away by recent typhoons, the staff, service, and hotel made up for this with a free dinner and discounts. Lovely spa too! And the breakfasts were just the best. We also stayed at Thang Long Opera Hotel in Hanoi and Eden Star in HCNC. The Eden Star hotel breakfast was disappointing. Looked the part but didn't taste good and the coffee was terrible. Ha Long Bay was a real highlight. We wish we'd had 2 nights on the Mila Cruise. The overnight train was another highlight but don't expect too much.. It's rolling clickety clack all the way.. Would recommend a private cabin if you don't want to share with strangers. We were a group of four so all good. Will definitely consider booking again with Tour Compass!!
