Hi Just back from Kruger National park trip organised by Tour Compass ,cannot find any faults with whole experience . Would recommend company as all so efficient throughout run up to holiday and actually on the holiday

TourCompass were there every step of the way to ensure we had a fantastic holiday. They pulled out every stop and the staff were very professional and friendly. We booked our honeymoon through Tour Compass. I was a bit weary at first as it was going to be a lot of money but after reading other reviews I decided to go for it. I was so happy that I did!
Everything was planned perfectly. We did the South Africa safari and Mauritius tour and it was the best two weeks I’ve had. Everything, from the hotel to the excursions, were amazing. When there were any issues, the company sorted them straight away and kept us updated with flight details. A special mention to Sam at the hotel who was our tour rep: she was amazing and helped us throughout the trip.
When our flight to Mauritius was delayed by 24 hours (through no fault of Tour Compass) they were quick at acting and found us a hotel to book. They then offered us free food for the airport and kept us updated throughout. We missed a day of our honeymoon but it was due to the airline. Tour Compass could not have helped any more than what they did.

For anyone who may feel a bit unsure about booking a holiday with them, I’d recommend doing it as it was amazing!

Just back from our second trip with Tour Compass, this time the Hakuna Matata Safari. It was brilliant. The trip was easy to book. The app made tickets and advice easily accessible. The trip itself was great - all the accommodation, food, guides, tours, were fabulous. Special mention must go to our guide, Odhis, who took care of everything for us.

We have just returned from a tour to Ecuador with island hopping in the Galápagos. The tour was excellent from start to finish. The booking and organisation in advance was efficient. Responses to questions were fast and no question was too small. Once on the tour the organisation was seamless. Every guide was strong and all pick ups were on time. If we had more time, I think it would have been good to build in some extra days to enjoy the locations - the pace was quite fast and we always wanted to see more. Sadly, this wasn’t an option for us, but if you book this tour consider some extra hotel nights. This wasn’t an option our third trip with Tour Compass - very strongly recommended

Amazing organisation, answered all questions quickly. The app was brilliant as well as all the information provided like contact numbers for local operators etc.
The people that Tour Compass use are local, knowledgeable and fantastic. We could not find any fault with our holiday at all!

We were a little apprehensive booking with Tour Compass as we had not heard of them before but based on Trust Pilot reviews we booked the trip and we are so happy we did. Tour Compass have been amazing all the way through. They have answered my many questions leading up to the trip quickly and efficiently. Everything ran like clockwork when we arrived at the airport in Tanzania. Our driver Simon was friendly and professional. We had 2 nights in Highview followed by 2 nights at Ikomo Wild Camp then 2 nights back at Highview. Zara Tours were incredible and our driver Mola was amazing. He had a great sense of humour and taught us so much about the animals we saw and lent us his binoculars too. We saw the big 5 and so much more. Difficult to put into words how incredible it was to see animals in their natural habitat and to get so close to them. We then went to Zanzibar for 6 nights staying at Z hotel. Thoroughly recommend this hotel. It was stunning and not as affected by tide times as other hotels in Zanzibar. We flew with Precision Air from Zanzibar to Nairobi on the way home and due to their delay missed our connecting flight to Nairobi. Communication was non existent from
Precision Air apart from putting us up overnight in a hotel. They told us they would book us on another flight and contact us the next morning but we heard nothing. I emailed Liam at Tour Compass. He replied straight away and within a couple of hours he had sorted our return flights home. Amazing service. Would 100% recommend Tour Compass and will use them again in the future. Top tip: ask for Mola as your safari guide. He made our trip what it was!

Tour Compass took great care of us from start to finish. They were on hand to answer any questions we had before we left and made sure we had all of the information we needed. The whole trip ran so smoothly and we could concentrate on having a great time on our holiday.

Dealing with the company was very easy and the staff very helpful. Our holiday in Tanzania and Zanzibar went like clockwork. All trouble free and the transfers all good.

I travelled with my 16 year old daughter and this was a very different holiday for us and we had never been to Vietnam before so i was apprehensive. Tour Compass were brilliant, their communication with me before the trip was brilliant and the answered all the questions I had. our connecting flight was delayed so we landed in Vietnam a fair bit later than we were due too but we were still met at the airport by our guide Danielle who was wonderful! He was our guide for the next 3 days on all of our trips and i can not paise him highly enough, he was kind, warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable, he was also funny and really engaged well with my daughter. The day we did the Mekong Delta trip we caught the tail end of a typhoon further north of the country, but the weather conditions were not great, our guide was very carful to ensure we got the most out of our trip but that we were also safe due to the rain and the wind, so he changed a few aspects of the day to maintain our safety without impacting our enjoyment of the day! Both hotels we stayed in were wonderful, really high quality with great service. The drivers were also great and all of the cars were pristine with bottles of water for us on every journey. The trips were well planned and enjoyable, i would definitely recommend the walking street food tour! a total highlight! Our transport car back to the airport to return home was hit by a bus, completely the busses fault not our driver!, he immediately made sure that we were booth ok (thankfully we were and no one was hurt) he then sorted things out with the bus driver and still got us to the airport in plenty of time for our return flight. Everything TourCompass organised for us ran like clockwork and was to the highest standard, and all the local people representing them were amazing! I can not recommend them enough

Our first trip with Tour Compass and it was great. Good communication before the holiday and well organised whilst we were there, They used Zara Tours for our safari and our driver/guide Madeal was amazing! Our flights and hotels were all good, nothing to fault, thank you!

Everything ran very smoothly, we were met on time at all pick up points, hotels were great, communication from the company was exceptional. It was an amazing experience.

Tour Compass tours to Africa are always well organised and value for money. Just back from Botswana/Zambia. AMAZING

What an amazing experience this was made all the better by TourCompass. Staff booked us tables at restaurants in advance and answered all our questions prior to the trip promptly.
You have a good amount of time at each place you visit. Could have spent more time in Kyoto but that is a personal preference. The hotels are ideally situated near public transport so easy to explore on your free days. The hotels are a good standard and the breakfasts were fantastic. The trips included in the package are amazing and the guides go above and beyond to accommodate you. I wanted to try puffer fish. Our guide told me where I could get it in Nishiki Market. She even wrote down the address and drew me a map how to find it. The trips are full on and you cram alot in. There is alot of walking so be prepared. You have your free time to relax and you need it.
If your thinking about booking a holiday through TourCompass do it. We looked at alot of companies before settling with them. Wouldn't hesitate in using them again.

Tour Compass were great from our very first contact keeping us to date throughout and via their App kept us updated on flight timings. We stayed at the Kruger Gate Hotel on the banks of the Sabie River which was superb seeing quite a bit of wildlife from the pool bar and observation deck. Our guide "Shadow" was excellent, really nice guy and we are keeping in touch. The program was well thought out with a mixture of Bush Walk, Night Drive, Game Drives, Panoramic drive and a free day although options available. We saw Wild Dogs within the first hour of the first game drive, being very privileged as they are so elusive. The Avani Victoria Falls Hotel couldn't have a better location literally 600 mts from the falls themselves. and another excellent choice. We had one slight problem, when KLM emailed us to say that our flight from Livingstone to Nairobi was delayed to an extent that we would miss the flight to Amsterdam. However, within an hour of calling Tour Compass's out of hours number we were booked on flights with Air France via Johannesburg - Paris - Manchester. I would recommend Tour Compass and we will use them again. My wife and I both said that this was one of the best holidays we've ever had, and would go back tomorrow.

Fantastic service from advice prior to booking our safari, supporting us (including rescheduling our tour and return flight) through a 22hr BA flight delay! and customer services. I recommend them without any hesitation. Thank you Tour Compass

I have just returned from an amazing Serengeti Safari and beach holiday in Zanzibar.
It was my first solo holiday, so I wanted a tour holiday that was all set up for me. I had never heard of Tour Compass before and neither had others on the holiday. Through from booking the holiday to coming home, the whole experience ran smoothly and you are given lots of information on an app to ensure a great holiday. I would highly recommend this company for holidays.

The Safari was absolutely fantastic. Our guide Ezekiel was brilliant at spotting the animals. The Safari tour ran smoothly and being on my own the guide and staff were helpful, friendly and made me feel safe. Like most people, you hope the holiday is what you expect and you see some animals. What this holiday gave was way higher than I expected. We saw loads of animals and the people I shared my jeep with were a lot of fun. The hotel accommodation and Serengeti wild camp was very good and clean. The public toilets on safari were spotless and well kept. It really did feel it was a trip of a lifetime with a bonus. I feel I chose a good time of year to travel end of June, as it was not too hot and little rain.

We then flew to Zanzibar, which was a great combination with a safari as there were lots packed into the safari and so a beach holiday is just what you feel you need after. I stayed in the Ocean Paradise Resort and Spa and was just blown away with how beautiful it was. The hotel complex was kept clean and the staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend staying here.

Overall this whole holiday was breath-taking. Like another review has said, using the word fantastic and amazing doesn’t express enough how this holiday made me feel.

A well planned programme with John, our excellent driver and guide. We used top class hotels in Nairobi and the excellent Kibo Safari camp in Amboseli. The sightings were remarkable. The flight from Mara back to Nairobi in 45 minutes was well worth the extra cost.

The full itinerary was perfectly adhered to by all and the safari was excellent. Needed the beach holiday afterwards. Next time I’d go all inclusive at the hotel though.
