2/22/18 Just to be clear...I have not received a refund in any amount from Tour Cycling. In fact, since their posting on 2/14/18 my credit card company has informed me that Tour Cycling has disputed ever receiving the jacket despite documents to the contrary. PayPal has reached out to Tour Cycling to assist with the refund and is awaiting a response. This seems like a tremendous amount of time and effort to avoid refunding $110.49. While I appreciate Tour Cycling acknowledging my experience they should not have stated the issue has been resolved. If I ever get a refund, I will update my post so that potential buyers can make an informed decision.

2/13/18 I'd like to share my experience with Tour Cycling. On October 24, 2017 I purchased 2 cycling jackets from Tour Cycling. My credit card was charged 4 times because of a problem with the website. I spoke to Matt the owner and was assured the issue would be resolved. In the end, I had to dispute 3 of those charges with my credit card. Once I resolved that matter, I returned one of the jackets to Tour Cycling which they received on November 16, 2017. I received a confirmation email from Tour Cycling that stated I would received a refund in 5 to 10 days. Since that email I have left several messages and emails asking about my refund. As of February 13, 2018, I have not received a refund nor has any one from Tour Cycling responded to my calls or emails. I have asked my credit card to assist me once again. The lost money ($110) will not break the bank. I am not even going to share my opinion about the company other than to give them one star. I just want to share this story and let others draw their own conclusion. I highly recommend that you consider JensenUSA, Merlin, Competitive Cyclist, and Colorado Cyclist.

Great people and very helpful along with being able to find what I want when no one else had it.

My last order was two jerseys. Both were defective and had to be returned with shipping paid for by me. I did not feel that was right. I would have even preferred an exchange but could not take a chance on another order.

EXCELLENT! I am very pleased with my new pair of Black SIDI Techinical Socks, ( Wind Socks )!! I wish I would have known about Tour Cycling sooner!! The SIDI Wind Socks were priced well, with shipping included. The shipping was fast, as Tour Cycling is in Lutz, Florida, dealing with Hurricane “Irma,” shipping to Kentwood, Michigan at the time of this order!! My SIDI Wind Socks are very comfortable, and they match perfect with my team cycling kit!! I will definitely order from Tour Cycling again!!!! 😃🚴❤️💗
