Hello from the GARNERMED Research Team regarding a research project we conducted involving consumer loan companies and customer-facing representatives in Alabama.
We wanted to specifically recognize a Savannah at the Eufaula location for her performance during our inquiry. She handled a very extensive series of questions regarding the loan process and demonstrated strong knowledge of the information she was authorized to discuss.
These questions were based on credit reporting, application requirements, alternative resolution, repayment terms and loan insurance. She answered all questions promptly and in full detail. These only question she had to put us on hold for was where to go so our team could leave a review!!
We’re documenting representatives who perform particularly well during these inquiries, and we wanted the company to be aware that her interaction stood out positively in our project.
We also wanted to make sure Savannah receives recognition internally for the way she handled our call.
Thank you for your time, and please pass along our appreciation to Ms. Savannah for her performance during our inquiry. She demonstrated strong knowledge of the information she was authorized to discuss and we were extremely impressed!!!🤩
