Customer service has been awful
Customer service has been awful. I’ve repeatedly asked to be removed from auto pay in order to change payment date and once again it had hit my account without my consent.

Customer service is the worst
Customer service is the worst. The customer service agents are very unprofessional especially the ones in Texas. I will never ever get a loan with Tower loan again. The biggest mistake.
