We are utterly delighted to hear about your positive experience with our friendly team at Tower Loan.
The loan was not discussed thoroughly
The loan was not discussed thoroughly. Somehow, a $5,000 loan turns into owing almost $14,000. I didn't need the loan. The entire experience was shady. During the initial phone call the details were not discussed properly. I was then asked to come in and sign paperwork without details. I drove all the way to town and was then told I needed collateral and didn't hear 1 time that I was going to have to pay almost $9,000 more if I paid the loan off with minimum monthly payments. It was shady and is clearly designed for failure. It's a good thing I can pay the loan off quickly. I'd never consider doing business with Tower Loan again. I would make sure anyone I know never does either. Shady business practices don't work for me. Especially since I have a child with special needs. Terrible place to do any business with. 100%. I own my part on that. I didn't ask enough questions, and I signed everything that was pointed at.

Rebecca was awesome! She was very helpful and friendly. She waited for me to arrive, after hours, even after I went to the wrong location (forgetting they moved). She didn't have to do that but willingly did. Very appreciated.
