Just what the customer ordered!
I met the owner at a motorhome show, and he was really friendly. They didn't have the bits with them that I wanted, but he gave me his card and told me exactly what I needed. Went on the website, ordered the stuff (and a few bits extra!) and everything was delivered in a couple of days. Excellent service.

I contacted Towler and Staines with regard to a fire safety stick striker that had got damp and for my own piece of mind felt it needed replacing. I received an email back the next day from Jacob at T&S saying it would be replaced free of charge and put in the post that day. Good to their word it arrived a few days later. I was really impressed with the excellent customer service I received and I wouldn’t think twice about purchasing from T&S again, knowing how much they look after and value their customers. Professional, efficient and friendly. Good to know companies like this still exist. Happy customer 🙂

As professional as always. I don’t go anywhere else. I messed up with my PayPal transaction, No problem for Towler & Staines. The lady in accounts kept checking my account and thankfully only one transaction had gone through. Personal service definitely when it’s needed. Great teamwork from all the staff. I order on line and don’t always get it right but they sort out what I need. Not many places this helpful.
