Good price, new car and San francisco savvy.

Towncarsf did a great job on our day tour to Napa Valley.
Driver was punctual, knowledgeable and polite.
Besides been an excellent driver, he gave us some tips about the valley and the wineries.
All of that on a great, I mean, great price.

I have utilized Town Car SF for the last 3 years. In that time I have found Claudius and his drivers to be both professional and courteous on each and every occasion.
My first experience with Town Car SF was one of those panic inducing moments, when I realized I had not pre-booked a ride to the airport for my family's Christmas trip to Seattle, I frantically called several services and was told there was no one available on such short notice (4 hours). Claudius immediately put me at ease with a calm voice promising to let me know in a few minutes if my family could be transported to the airport (SFO). I was so relieved when he called in about 6 minutes to tell me he would have someone at my home in about an hour to take us to the airport. When our driver arrived in a Lincoln Navigator my wife and children were impressed (I was a hero, not a zero). The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and we were at the airport in plenty of time for our flight.
I would recommend Town Car SF for any travel in the San Francisco Bay Area, without any question or reservation. I have been a consistent customer since the day I found this service.

I have been using this car service for a couple of years now. I used to take public transportation or get a friend to take me. I decided to use their towncar service just to try out a towncar service to SFO. After my first experience I was hooked! Friendly driver arrived early and took me to SFO in a safe and prompt manner. I love when Claudio comes and picks me up. He is an excellent driver and great conversationalist! Thanks for the excellent service and conversations.

We used Claudius and his team a number of times whilst in San Francisco. Towncarsf were always on time, friendly and prices were always as quoted. Claudius was easy to deal with and my husband booked him again when he went back for business. Highly recommend!

Booked though these guys for a trip to San fran for my girlfriends birthday. First off I had to call back 4 different times to confirm that I had the service for when I requsested, he told me 4 different times that I would get a confirmation email that was never sent. When I called he seemed to be annoyed and just told me to call them once I land and they would be somewhere on the curb to pick us up....not exactly great service that I was expecting I could have easily done the same thing for a taxi. After all this my girlfriend found out the day before out trip that she had an obligation so we could not make our trip. After hearing this I called the town car service to let them know that there service would not be needed and that unfortionatly we would not be coming to San fran, he told me sorry too bad and that I had just missed the 24 hour cancellation period and there was nothing he could do. He was very short and didn't care even a little when I tried to explain the situation. My card was charged that day and on top of all that they even gave themselfs a tip for the I guess "service" that I never received and when I called to dispute it he never picked and and I have never received a call back... I'm still waiting.......very unprofessional.

Specifically asked the receptionist to have the driver help with luggage-going up to the door and helping my mother with two pieces. Absolutely ignored although was promised that this would be done. I later emailed the company in regards to this and didnt even get a response.
I dont think I should have been charged 20% tip (i think its 20%) for having my mother drag her luggage.

They never showed. I had booked the car to pickup a client at SFO and take him to Oakland for his car. I prepaid and they simply didn't show. When I called they offered no excuse. It took several more calls from them to get my refund. after a two month wait. I wouldn't recommend them.

We were very satisfied with the service. They were there on time on both pick ups. I would highly recommend them to friends. Drivers are very
friendly and courteous vehicles are clean and comfy.

We called on October 23rd and was quoted one price for our car to take us to the airport on the 24th of October. When we called back to confirm, we were given a different quote and it was much higher than the original quote. I was told it was because of the World Series taking place in San Francisco. Two things came to mind--1st they knew the world series was going on when they gave me the first quote and 2nd--we had nothing to do with the world series. We were being picked up at a hotel far away from the stadium and being taken to the airport. You should have had 2 prices--one for the people participating in the world series and one for folks who had nothing to do with it.

Be that as it may, the car was quite clean and tidy and the driver was excellent. I have no complaints about that.

I missed my flight because the driver had the wrong time even though the confirmation email was correct. When I called Claudius at 5am he did nothing to try to help the situation nor was he very apologetic. I will not trust them for transportation services again.

We used a town car to take me on a fairly long ride from San Francisco down to Daly City and had a bad experience. I gave my credit card number to obtain the reservation, but was not told that I was being charged in advance. When we arrived at our destination I confirmed the fare amount verbally with the driver, and paid her about $130 or so, including a tip. The next day I discovered that I had been billed on the card, too. I contacted Towncarsf about three times; once by phone and twice by email, and they never replied or even responded. So I was double charged and had to fight the charged with my credit card company. Any company that won't call you back or even respond to something like this should not be used - find another driver. I'm only giving them two stars because the driver was polite, and you'll be more likely to read the warning if there are two stars than one...

I couldn't be happier with my experience with this company! In the past I have had bad experiences with car services but this one really blew my expectation. I would recommend this car service to any one who asked. Professional clean and fast.
