Other Canadian retailers got this item…
Other Canadian retailers got this item in up to a month before toysnowman and the box was slightly damaged upon delivery. Customer service does respond in a timely manner though.

Antwoord van Toy Snowman
For anyone reading this, here is the part being left out:
This customer filed chargebacks on multiple orders that were received, including orders he had already confirmed by email were delivered.
After filing those chargebacks, he continued placing additional orders with us.
At that point, yes, the account was banned and all future orders were cancelled. We are not going to keep shipping merchandise to someone who receives their orders and then disputes the payments.
That is the reason the orders were cancelled.
Good Canadian store I've used for years.
Good Canadian store I've used for years. Not my local store so my purchases are online only. Provides tracking. Parcels are alway well packaged.

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, one of my neca boxes was badly creased, which looked like it was there before being packed. Normally I wouldn't care, but 'The Thing' figure looks better inbox.I was grateful however, that my inart catwoman arrived in good condition. I have another shipment coming, so we'll see...

I pre ordered something in December…
I pre ordered something in December 2025 that had a release date of June 2026. Mine arrived in September after contacting the company several times about the delay. The product was in my local stored since June so it defeated the purpose of pre-ordering it. When the product did arrive it was damaged. I was so fed up with the service I didn't bother to call to ask for a return
