I have just checked my bank statement.. This service has just taken a subscription out of my account for 24.90. Without my permission. My Bank have now cancelled my card... Leaving me in alot of inconvenience for the next 10 days.. I'm very angry with what has happened. I'm left with alot of stress and inconvenience...

They tried to deliver my parcel but was not able I paid £1.00 to track it but telephone number useless. I have now been contacted by the fraud department of my bank as they are trying to take £24.90 Which my bank has stopped. Eventually the parcel was delivered by DPD which I was extremely pleased with. I would not use this company again.

Worst still, I didn’t get my parcel!!!! Apparently it was delivered at 9pm on New Years Day!

Charged me a £1 to track my parcel then signed me up without my consent to a direct debit where they charge you £25 !a month for absolutely nothing. They dont even track the parcels for you so its completely fraudulent and if you sign with them you'll need to contact your bank to stop any further payments from comjng out of your bank.

This is a complete ripoff company and should not be permitted to advertise their services at the top of Google suggestions. I Googled Royal Mail tracking to see where my parcel was at and clicked on the first link assuming it would take me to Royal Mail. After inputting my tracking number, the website was asking for £1 I thought that I had underpaid when I sent the small parcel and very nearly put in my card details. Thankfully I thought for a minute and checked the website address and saw it was Trackerly and not Royal Mail. Trackerly is trying to catch people off guard to make money and if I look at other comments it may well take further payments later as part of a subscription. (EDIT IN TRACKERLY’s STANDARD FORMAT REPLY THEY STATE THAT CHARGES ARE CLEARLY STATED IN THEIR TERMS OF BUSINESS. PERHAPS FOR CLARITY CHARGES SHOULD BE WRITTEN CLEARLY ON THE MAIN PAGES). Someone needs to stop companies like this!

Charges £1 for what is a free service from Parcelforce, then nearly £25 every month. Looks, smells and sounds like a scam. Fortunately I spotted the small print in time and avoided the obvious pain others have had to endure at the hands of these immoral operators.

I was trying to track a parcel from parcel force didn’t realise I had clicked on to this site. Thought it was strange that I had to pay a £ to get my parcel delivered. I contacted by bank they confirmed I signed up for a subscription. Stay clear of this company, it’s a scam.

This is not a legitimate organization. It is a bunch of scammers. Don't have anything to do with them.
I received a credible-looking notice, purporting to be from UPS, saying that they had been unable to deliver my parcel. I had not gone out at all that day and was not expecting a parcel. I emailed UPS (as I thought) with a helpful suggestion. Trackerly replied to this and I began to be suspicious, as the sequence of events made no sense.
If you've got a bargepole, don't waste time trying to touch Trackerly with it.

Trackerly have now replied to this review, but they have not addressed the issues I raised:
1) I was in all day, but the notice I received said that UPS had been unable to deliver a parcel.
2) I was not expecting a parcel.
3) I emailed UPS (or so I thought), making a helpful suggestion.
4) Trackerly replied to my email with what looked like a standard email and did not address the points I had made.
5) I have never had a reply from UPS.
6) I still believe that Trackerly is not a legitimate organization.

Disgraceful, radioactive company. It's basically an illegal scam whereby it intercepts delivery companies' tracking systems and steals money from your account when you try and pay a charge to find out where your parcel is. Extra detail: they didn’t know where my parcel was other than “the depot”. Well, which depot for a start.

An elderly gentleman , nearly ninety must have mistakenly subscribed to your company without knowing the full details. Today he ask me to go through his bank statement as he was confused as to why he has been paying £24.90 for something he doesn’t understand. I rang your helpline 04203910387 for advice and when she told me he has been paying this since 19th October 2022 I could not believe my eyes, she said he must have paid £1 subscription and not cancelled. I am horrified to think this has happened, what has he been receiving for this very large sum he cannot afford. You are certainly taking advantage of the elderly and I am sending this hoping you will refund all his payments made in error. Something needs to be done about company’s who are just scamming elderly people without there knowledge.

Wish I had read these reviews earlier.
Wanted to track an order from Temu and was directed to this site. Found it strange that I was asked for £1 for tracking info but heyho it's only £1. Shortly thereafter I spotted a charge for over £24 from this company on my card and immediately reported it as a fraudulent transaction, resulting in the card being cancelled. Still awaiting settlement.
DON'T GIVE FINANCIAL INFORMATION TO THIS SITE.

Do not use this company. They use fraudulent methods to take your money. I ordered a fridge from Amazon in November 2024, I had no idea I was charged £1 for a "trial subscription" and I have been charged a monthly fee of £24.90 since then - so they have taken £225.10 from my card in total. I received no notification of this, no email, nothing. I tried to cancel the "subscription" online but was unable to do so. I just called their customer service department and they only refunded me one payment of £24.90. Shocking. I asked to be put through to the person who authorised the one payment only and Lucy refused. I even referenced the fact that there are loads of negative reviews on Trustpilot and that I would post another negative review but still no progress. They are clearly trained to fob you off. Steer clear of this company!! they should not be allowed to operate.
