Great service and took all the time I needed to help me understand the platform and device.

I received my unit when the country was dealing with the cell outage, and had issues connecting my unit. The tech that took my call not only got a different unit online and shipped, but personally followed up and made some tweaks to my settings. 5 stars for service, 5 stars after using the product for the first 3 weeks! The Trackhawk unit shipped quickly and was packaged well. I accomplished the install myself using the included instructions and I also watched the YouTube video. I also contacted Trackhawk with a wiring
question, great response. Once installed, the activation was easy.

Wonderful product. The GPS update really accurate and quickly. The app to control kill switch is very simple. Customer service support is phenomenal and very helpful and responsive.

I am extremely pleased with my purchase of the Trackhawk GPS system. From the ordering process to support I received to with installation and set up the team at Trackhawk was very helpful and professional. The unit is working great and the app is awesome.

The people at Trackhawk were so great to work with. I love the killswitch feature, which is so easy to use. I had to buy a second unit for my other car. No worries anymore about someone stealing my ride.

What made my experience great? Trackhawk helped me and my installer to answer any questions that we had with the installation and GPS Killswitch. Also they help us setup information on the app. The device is awesome! I give it five stars. I highly recommend you have someone to install it with experience. We owe a luxury car rental business. We had several people who had stolen our cars, is the reason why we purchase the device. Now we will have a peace of mind knowing that we have a killswitch that can prevent the thief from stealing our cars and not getting to far away.

I installed 4 GPS trackers from Trackhawk a couple of weeks ago and the experience has been great! I own an A/C repair company and will be adding their trackers to any new vans I buy.

I use them for 6 of my vans. The app is easy to use and I installed the trackers and it only took me a couple of minutes. I recommend Trackhawk.

I got those installed in my fleet for carpet and floor cleaning. I know where my crew at all the time and how long it took them to finish the job. The install was easy.

Been a great experience with Trackhawk thus far. Had their remote killswitch at a professional alarm shop, and it’s been working with no faults. Gives me a peace of mind to be able to kill my car when I go to sleep.
