Excellent quality with premium ingredients - particular favourites are the caramelised onion and piccalilli - and shallot try the tomato ketchup - just very grateful there are still manufacturers making authentic foods - however will only be a matter of time uptime some big corporation buys them - rides the brand using inferior ingredients - sincerely hope not
I am a repeat customer, whilst they’re not the cheapest condiments around they are some of the tastiest. I have made several orders and all arrived well packaged and promptly. I have spoken to customer services as there was once an issue with the order but it was resolved immediately with no fuss.
First heard of them after featured on inside the factory years ago and have been a fan since.
Retract my review based on reply below, must have missed the slip
Ordered some chutneys and jams for Christmas gifts. The product is fine but they have come in a ludicrous amount of plastic packaging with so many styrofoam pellets. I do accept there was glass in the consignment but please sort your packaging out, it is 2024, no excuse for this kind of unsustainable waste nowadays.

Hi Rob, we’re sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied with our packaging. There’s usually a slip enclosed which highlights the sustainability of our packaging, as this is something we take a lot of care and consideration over. Apologies that this didn’t make its way to you.
The packing peanuts are made with vegetable starch and dissolve in water; the bubble bags which protect our glass jars are biodegradable and the carboard box is FSC certified.
